First, I have a lot of respect for Sayer Ji who came up with this formula, but I was not familiar with the brand. I originally completed one bottle and decided to continually take it (added to my morning smoothie – an easy way to take it). After taking it for a couple years (to confirm whether it is really helping), I conclude that it does help – that is, my memory issues have not gotten worse and have gotten a bit better most of the time.

I was looking for a supplement for improving brain health and managing any potential inflammation. I chose this product because I have been a *long time* fan and purchaser of Global Health’s supplements, particularly their B12 supplement. Global Health’s products are organic (big plus as far as I am concerned) and a healthy 2oz. bottle size which was nice to find when so many other products are smaller volume. Though I am really not a big fan of him (nor do celebrity endorsements/”inspiration” carry any weight with me on any level), this supplement is “inspired” by a well-known naturopathic health guru named Sayer Ji. The supplement arrived on time and well packaged with some other items I had ordered.The day after it arrived I decided to get started on this supplement. I had been taking a CoQ10 product from another company but wanted something more intense in terms of supplementation. And INTENSE is certainly what I got!MOST of the ingredients in this product are turmeric based, with some Ginko Biloba, Ashwanghanda, black pepper, & Sea Buckthorn mixed in. Let me preface this to say I enjoy the intensity of turmeric, especially in eastern Indian dishes, sometimes in Mexican dishes, & in my butternut squash soup. And knowing how awesome tumerones are for overall health and managing inflammatory response int eh body I thought this would be a win for me. If you’ve never experienced using turmeric, you might be put off by this supplement’s yellow-orangey color– which is completely natural to turmeric. The supplement itself is on the thick side (thanks to the turmeric oil). but doesn’t have a strong turmeric fragrance in the bottle (which was kind of nice). Dosing is one dropperful, but to measure accurately I had to hold it up to the light to see how full the dropper was. The flavor is quite intense- more so if you have not ever experienced turmeric on it’s own- so this might be difficult to get accustomed to for a while. There is SO MUCH turmeric in this supplement- with nothing to cut that flavor or tone it down- I found it difficult to take. It is quite spicy and leaves a turmeric aftertaste, so be prepared for that as well. Definitely a very intense spicy flavor!I tried taking this for a couple of days in a row, but just couldn’t take a liking or tolerance to it. This was just MY OWN personal experience- everyone’s tolerance & palette is different so this may or may not also be your experience with this supplement. I gave it 4 stars for it’s value, good shipping, formulation, & clean ingredients but brought ti down a notch for it’s flavor which I personally found too intense. Overall, I recommend with caution given to your individual palette.

Another Winner From Global Healing- Best Brain Food I Have Tested Yet
I have taken and experimented with MANY supplements over time. Some are good, some are great, but once in a while I find a company where they have such nice products that I marvel at the results. Global Healing is one of those companies.HOW THIS COMESThis is a tall glass bottle with a very long dropper inside with measurements on it. The bottle comes very well bubble wrapped when it ships. It is well protected.APPEARANCEThis is a sludge of turmeric in color and taste and smell. It is brilliant yellow orange.TASTEThis tastes like turmeric mostly but with other nuances. I like the flavor of it but it is strong so others might not like it like I do.PERFORMANCETHAT is where I am startled. I have used quite a few other brain supplements and some do help but this has been remarkable. My husband has even remarked that he has seen a difference after only two days of me using it. After almost a week, I am definitely focused better and thinking more clearly.ANY PROBLEMS?I have not seen any digestive issues or other problems since taking this.HOW LONG WILL A BOTTLE LAST?I am taking this once or twice a day and I can see this lasting a month and a half or so.IS IT WORTH IT?I am really loving the results with this. It is expensive, yes. However, the results far outweigh any others I have taken in this category so it is worth it to me.THE BOTTOM LINEThis supplement is easy to take, tastes good to me, and works better than anything else I have tried yet.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. Despite the high price, I would definitely repurchase, it is THAT good. I will mention that Dr Groups liver cleanse is the only liver cleanse I have ever done which produced startling results as well. He has some excellent products worth using in my experience so far.
