I used the whole bottle and in the 50 days of usage I was just starting to feel that maybe they were starting to work. Unfortunately I did not repurchase to continue to see if they actually worked. I would say that this certain Gingko Biloba would be worth a try for longer than 50 days. I will say that the price point is good for a 50 day supply.

This ginkgo biloba supplement contains100 capsules with recommended 2 per day so that is a 50 day supply of capsules. which is not bad. I like they are msae in the USA and are third party tested. I also like that it is an herbal supplement and this product states there are cognitive health benefits. I would suggest do your research and see if it offers what you are looking for. Any questions ask your doctor. Once you are an informed consumer, I think you might like these as the price point seems reasonable and the benefits are worth the money.

No noticable effect
I’m not usually a big believer in supplements like this, but energy and mental clarity are definitely things I could always use more of, so I figured why not give it a try.This arrived neatly packaged in a nice, sealed bottle with well-written, clear directions, and the powdered contents were all neatly contained within individual gel capsules. Nothing was broken or leaking, no weird unexpected smells or textures or anything… that’s about the best I can say about it, though. After taking the recommended amount for a few days, I was noticing absolutely no improvement whatsoever as far as energy and focus. At that point I decided to go do some reading up on Gingko to see just how effective it’s been shown to be in actual clinical studies… and the answer was: It hasn’t been shown to be effective at all, not even a little bit.It HAS, however, been scientifically shown to be a potential carcinogen — not an absolute, proven one, but a possible one nonetheless, and that possibility is enough to convince me not to continue taking these, especially given the lack of any noticeable positive effects either… and for those reasons, I really can’t recommend that anyone else buy this product. If you need help with energy and focus, save your money here and go buy yourself a cup of coffee instead, or talk to your doctor. Those might actually help… this, not so much.

Sized to swallow
I like that these don’t have an unpleasant taste or smell. Compared to most of my supplements these capsules are not too big. They are small enough for me to comfortably swallow. I have not experienced any negative side effects. I feel that these are my source of increased energy.
