Increased blood circulation after consistent use over a couple of months and still going with this .. I only take 2 to 3 tablets a day. You do feel healthier even with this low dosage of 40mg extract per tablet. You could take up to 6 of these a day without having side effects generally speaking. Just have to find your level. For me even 2 tabs a day seems to work and make me feel better with better memory performance and added bonus of feeling alive and with better libido! Best of luck guys, definitely worth a try!
