Tastes great like every other ghost product.
Even with all the caffeine in it it doesn’t bother me. However this product has various levels of how the caffeine will impact you so I think this works with me.

Best flavor yet!
Ghost has been one of my favorite brands so get workout supplements and this blue raspberry is my favorite pre-workout flavor from ghost so far. This pre-workout also gives me a lot less of the itchiness you get from other pre-workout (or i may just be getting used to it now) and it helps to kick start my workout! I definitely recommend! With the legend all out being so much stronger sometimes I only use half a scoop so my pre workout will last me for a lot longer than the typical 30 servings. I also love that all the ghost powders have the scoop lodged just under the lid so you do not need to dig the scoop out of the powder! That’s one of the best parts about opening a new pre-workout from them!

Performance Boost
Great taste but I got sick of it after a few weeks. Performance-wise it has a huge amount of caffeine and works great. I feel energized during my workouts and focused, will buy again (different flavors).

Makes you want to fight a bear.
I’ve never gone into the forest but after taking this I was so hyped I felt like could fight a bear. The taste is great especially if you like sour. But be careful it will make you itchy. Now if you’re done reading this I have to find that bear I was talking about fighting.
