A great product that actually does its job!
I liked that this is powdered. I usually have a hard time with loose herbs, but this one smelled good and was extremely tolerable. By day 3 I noticed I felt more energetic and by day 6 my skin was looking very clear. Its easy to take, and I noticed it was working by day 3! I love that its vegan and non GMO.

Great quality for the price!
Great quality for the price. This pure herbal supplement is vegan, and of the highest quality. I have many allergies and have to be super careful with herbal supplements, because they can make me break out in hives. I did not react to the Milk Thistle. Taking milk thistle helps support liver health. Since menopause, I’ve not been able to drink any alcohol without milk thistle on board. It keeps the nausea away, and this product worked famously for the annual Halloween party. No hives, no animal products, just clean herb. Thank You!

NO gastro upset
Upon researching this herb I was a little concerned that at this strength I may have stomach issues due to my IBS. However, I am happy to report that I have had no problems there. I have been taking this product for about three weeks now & no side effects. I did experience a little more energy, so don’t take it close to bed time.I currently have a nasty cold & I’m wondering if I’m experiencing a detox reaction, in which case the product is working, or it’s just a regular cold. I’ll keep taking it & see how it pans out. So, hard to give an accurate report on it’s effectiveness right now, but seems to be a quality product. Thumbs up for being vegan & gentle on my stomach.

Great Vegan Supplement
I’ve been using this product for about two weeks. This is my first experience with Milk Thistle, so I didn’t quite know what to expect, but I’ve been impressed. I usually take my dose at night…the capsules aren’t too large and they don’t have any sort of taste or aftertaste. I’ve been sleeping well and have more energy during the day. My husband has been taking this product too after reading about cholesterol lowering effects of Milk Thistle. We will definitely purchase again.

A supplement that works!
I use this product to support my liver due to the stress of taking niacin and statin drugs for my high cholesterol. Those drugs tend to cause a rise in my liver numbers and the Milk Thistle addresses that and keeps my numbers in check. Also I used this as a supplement to aid in the healing of my cat that suffered from hepatic lipidosis which could have been fatal had the Milk Thistle not healed her liver. Great product that is natural and with no side effects that I know of 🙂

Totally Digging These Capsules
The pills are fairly large but were super easy to swallow. I love that they are in capsule form. There was no smell or after taste. My well being was definitely improved and I feel great. It has the greatest strength I’ve seen and I love the few ingredients and it’s all vegan. That’s sometimes hard to come by. Will purchase again.

Good vegan product
This was the first time I’d taken milk thistle and I didn’t know what to expect. Overall, this vegan supplement gave me more energy. I was not so sluggish waking up in the mornings. There was no weird taste to the capsule. The capsules are large but easy to go down. Overall, worth the buy.

No Difference Noticed
Arrived quickly and product was as described. I took the capsules as directed and experienced no adverse effects. I did not notice any difference, however. I felt exactly the same after I had been taking the capsules as I did before.
