Questionable Potency
They sort of smell like raspberry ketones… But I am questioning the quality. I’m taking 2 per day. Some research suggests taking 8-12g per day… Maybe I should up my dosage? I have taken raspberry ketones before and they worked well for appatite suppression. I have not had such results this time at a higher dosage.

I don’t normally write reviews. But for this, I had to! These I have been taking for about 2 weeks now, and they really do curb my appetite with no unwanted side effects! They work as intended as my problem is just too much of portions and night binging but I’ve been able to stop that completely! I’m skk on happy I’ve found This. I will say I eat clean and work out often -5 days a week, and this just helps keep my diet in check and I’m looking smaller all over. Weighed in only one lb lighter but I’m going to continue with this product as I see it met my needs. Thank you! (2 pills a day).

First, I was NOT PAID for my honest review. I bought this product for myself, at full purchase price off of amazon.I’ve now been taking this for a week, and I know that it won’t show immediate results, but I still have some first thoughts. Let me start by saying I take two pills every morning with breakfast. The after taste these pills leave if you happen to burp at all is awful. It’s enough that I’ve gagged a few times at the “after taste.” I wasn’t sure if I was eating less because I was keeping in mind that I took these and they were supposed to help, or if I actually was. So far, it seems like they don’t do a heck of a lot. Some have claimed to lose weight instantly, I’ve noticed no difference. I don’t think these have helped curb my appetite, as I am a frequent “snacker” unfortunately. I feel like I’m conscious that I’m taking them and that’s why I haven’t been snacking as much. I still feel hungry quite often, they don’t necessarily “suppress” my appetite. As far as weight loss, I’ve changed my diet and try to eat healthier and I have an active job, so I thought these would be the extra boost I needed to lose the extra few stubborn pounds that I’ve not been able to shake for a few months. They may help later on down the road, as I will continue to take them, I spent money on them, so I’m not going to just throw them out. I’ll continue to take them and see if it takes a lot longer to “kick in”I can update later down the road when I finish the bottle as to the progress that’s been made, but at this point I doubt it will be much.
