Important to have!
It comes with multiple levels of balance training and commits HEAVILY to the stabilization muscles in the LPHC (Lumbar Pelvic Hip Complex). A must if one would like to stay nimble for most of their life.

Although a bit expensive, the board is a useful additon to my exercise options focusing on balance. The wood appears to be high quality and likely to last.
