Product Description
Adjustable Height and Assistance -Fitarc Pull-up Assistance Bands are made from high-strength nylon fabric and natural latex, featuring 7 adjustable height settings to fit different pull-up bar heights and accommodate users of various heights. You can also increase the assistant force by placing the foot step higher, the resistance bands can stretch longer to provide higher resistance.
Customizable Resistance Levels – We provide 4 different resistance bands that can be easily detached, each band has two triangular carabiners with locking mechanism. With up to 14 possible combinations, you can adjust the level of assistance to suit your strength needs.
Durable Natural Latex for Stronger Support – Unlike other assistance bands on the market, that use frabric to cover up TPE bands, we use natural latex bands, which offer superior durability and resistance. The thicker, wider design provides an ultra-strong pull, capable of offering up to 300lbs of assistance, making it ideal for heavier or less powerful individuals.
Multi-functional Handle/Foot Step Design – We’ve incorporated a handle above the foot step, and with the use of resistance bands and door anchor, it can be utilized for various exercises such as bicep curls, rows, shoulder training, chest presses, and crab walks. This versatile design saves you the cost of purchasing additional resistance bands.
Support for Beginners to Achieve Pull-ups – Struggling with insufficient strength for pull-ups? If you want to perform pull-ups but lack the necessary strength, our assistance bands will help you progress through the beginner phase. From 0 to 1, we’re here to support your journey as you continue to build strength and reach new heights.

Exactly what I was looking for.
This is an excellent purchase if you’re struggling with pull-ups. There are four different bands that give you several options as you improve your strength. My sons and I really like this pull up band.

As Good As it Can Be
This pull up band assistance device is made well, of thick webbing, and stout caribiners. Its easy to use and set at a correct height and functionally works. I lovebthe fact that the foot loops also double as hand loops to use this for upper body workouts. It even includes a door anchor making this a great value item. Like any similiar setup, the resistance bands only get you so far into a pull up. Eventually you hit the point where all the resistance is on you. You can adjust the straps accordingly to help you get the most from the bands, and add additional bands as needed, but ultimately near the top, you are going to rely more and more on your own strength. This is in contrast to a pull up assist device at the gym where you kneel on a moving platform that gives you lift throughout. Its not a bad thing by any means, as this device will help you get stronger by assisting you to get full range of motion. Its a nice item that seems pretty well made. Would recommend

Nice pull up assist.
High quality materials. I like the way it loops on the bar. The setup is very easy. I prefer this type of foot strap to a regular resistance band. There is no risk of having the resistance band slipping off your feet and hitting you. Where vulnerable…if you know what I mean.

Not selling you what they show you
Isn’t what is displayed in the picked.Isn’t 4 progressive bands. Recieved 4 of the same band which are just a bit heavier than the heavy duty bungee cords I have out in the garage for securing a tarp on a trailer

Good for the price
These have worked well for me and I would consider them a decent value for the price. They are fairly easy to use, decent quality, and seem to be fairly durable. My concern would be more on the weight side. Although they have worked for me, I’m 160lbs and I question whether they would support the weight advertised. This could highly depend on strength but also something to consider if you are closer to the max weight. I like that they can be used with a door for different exercises as well. I’m always looking for ways to increase my upper body strength and this has helped me so far!

Heavy duty and reliable.
I purchased these so I could start doing pull ups again. My goal is to be able to do them on my own and this is how I did it last time…in a gym. I now have my own pull up bar and these are great quality! Heavy duty . Recommended!

Works good, kinda scared one day a band is gunna break and hit me 🥜 but so far so good. I do 10 sets of 10, first as many without bands then finish the set with bands. Went from being able to do 2 to 6 in a week

The instructions are simple and straight forward to put the bands together and start using it. And changing the resistance bands are quick and easy. I also found it easy to use the legs and arm stretch while lying on the matt. The only concern I have is using the door strap and the stress it puts on my door every time I use it. If you have a solid wood or metal doors it should not be a problem.

Being overweight, all my life I have struggled with exercises using body weight, and I could never do pull ups. If you can’t do a few, naturally, you cannot exercise to get stronger and better at it. These seem to offer good assistance for people with similar problems. They can provide a way to do more than a few pull ups, so that you can keep exercising, get stronger, and start doing the exercise without the assistance of these. Of course, one awkward side is being seen using these at a gym where well-built people are doing tens of pull ups without any assistance, so you might have to consider your social situation too if you plan to use these in a gym.The bands look of good quality and safe, but you should still be careful because in case of a break, you would get yourself whiplashed by a very strong band freed from a great force. While I had no problems with height adjustment, I am not sure if that would be the case for everyone, especially if they are quite shorter than average. Another issue might be in the balance and angling, but since you would be using your arms to pull yourself up, you should be fine balancing yourself; it might only cause one arm to exercise more than the other, but that is not really a big issue as your ultimate goal in the long run would be getting strong enough to exercise without these.

I ordered this to add to our owner tower for my 8 yr old who is working on his form for pull-ups.I was really impressed by the quality of it when I opened it up. The rubber bands are thick and definitely not cheap quality. The stitching on the straps and all the materials used are solid. My son uses this every single day to play on and work on his upper body strength while also getting some assist with his form for pull-ups until he can master it entirely on his own. It holds his weight no problem when he is goofing around as well.So far I am very happy with this set as it gives my young son the ability to work on his pull ups on his own even if I am busy making supper he will go up and work on it which is great. Prior to this he always had to wait for me to assist and though I always keep a close eye on him while using this I don’t have to be standing right next to him while he works on his pull ups anymore.Overall an excellent addition to our power tower and I highly recommend it.

The quality of this set was definitely much better than I was expecting. The kit contains quite a few different accessories for mounting as well as a generous assortment of resistance bands. It’s primarily intended for pull up assistance, but can all be used in many exercises using resistance bands. I found using it for pull-ups a little awkward (honestly most of these sets are) since you need to put you feet (I think one is sufficient) into the provided stirrups. I always find myself angling in instead of the bands stretching straight down, but they do a good job with assistance. Overall I’d recommend these to anyone looking for such a product….they won’t replace a machine meant to do the same thing, but the machine is many times more expensive and these offer a lot of the same effectiveness at a fraction of the cost.
