How do our bands differ?
First, our bands are made of high quality latex (not rubber bands which are much cheaper and tend to break easily). They are stronger and able to stretch further. You will feel the same resistance after a dozen reps.
These bands are made of latex, not materials such as Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) – TPE materials cost 40% less, are not gentle to skin and much less durable.
Second, our bands are comfortable, soft and easy on the skin. The only way to achieve that is to let the latex rest for a long time in tightly controlled circumstances such as temperature and humidity before making the bands.
Both of these involve a higher investment for us but we think it’s worth it to create a better product.

While these are excellent means of establishing regular exercise when weights or other issues provide use of regular weights they have one drawback. The estimated weight comparison is overstated. In time, the bands will loosen up and become easier to use if used regularly.They are easily stored and provided with a small bag for storage or travelI do recommend them for the following scenarios: those who do not have traditional exercise equipment, or area to have such equipment; older people who want to maintain a reasonable level of strength and flexibility; rehabilitation of specific muscles or joints, especially for sports injuries, or older persons; those who do not have a history of regular exercise; all of course with guidance from Medical or PT recommendations.

So nice. I bought it twice.
Bought these over a year ago as part of a workout plan, and they worked wonderfully. Fast forward a year later, and they have gone missing (10/10 blaming my kids). What did I do after resigning to the fact that my other batch was gone forever? I immediately went on here, found them, and bought them again! Great Bands!
After multiple ACL surgeries I needed a good routine to keep my knees in shape. These are great to make sure I stay in shape and am able to continue playing soccer.I usually throw one in my car, one in my soccer bag and one in travel. They provide me with a band to always work on my strength and fitness. I’ve used them for about 8 months and I see it still in the same shape as the day of arrival.Highly recommend it.

Fitness plan in a bag. No excuses to not work out!
This is great for travel — not only does it include many levels of resistance but it has a little workout booklet which is helpful for when your internet connection isn’t good. I took these to Johannesburg S Africa where there’s load shedding, and I preferred to stay in my flat rather than go out because it was an unfamiliar area to me. Perfect solution to keep fit and work out the kinks from a long flight. The bands are a little smelly when you first unwrap them but that clears up. The little bag is helpful for keeping everything together. Great value for the price.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas.Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Absolutely love them. They offer so many different strengths for various excersises. Just watch out for sellers other than Fit Simplify. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them.The first order I did was a fake bands with no logos on them. And after noticing that under same listing was 2 different sellers..one was ZHRETAIL and other was Fit Simplify. And the bands from Fit Simplify have so much more density and they are thicker and not so flimsy like the other ones. The fake ones are thin and shiny but the original ones are almost matt.The other seller seems to have disappeared from the same listing now after I sent them an email saying they are selling fake product under the exact same description. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them
