Perfect workout bench!
I’m glad I spent a little extra money to buy the bending seat bench from Finer Forms. It took me about 2 hours by myself to assemble it (and I’m a tiny old woman 😂). The functionality and usage of the bench is amazing! Yes, the hyper-extension attachment does wobble slightly as noted by some reviewers, but in no way does it seem unstable. It’s as sturdy as it can get!The best part about this bench is that compared to my other bench that came with my functional trainer, this bench is super lightweight to pick up and move around! It’s sturdy, very user friendly and easy to move around and maneuver! I would highly recommend it to anyone that may be on the fence! You won’t regret it!

Great compact bench for home gym
Assembly took me an hour using my own ratchets and box wrenches. It was packaged neatly with no loose parts or scratched metal. Instructions were clearly written and easy to follow. The bench is extremely versatile making it a great addition to a home gym. It is solid construction with no wobbling or shifting. Easily adjustable for numerous positions when exercising. It has ample padding that can be adjusted slightly if needed. This helps when doing Roman Chair exercises. Happy with the purchase.

Great exercise bench with one missing key feature
After replacing my trusty old weight bench, which had faithfully served me for over 15 years, with the Finer Form Multi-Functional FID Weight Bench, I was pleasantly surprised by its sleek, compact design. Compared to its predecessor, this modern upgrade fits better in my home gym studio and adds a touch of contemporary style to the space.One noticeable difference is that the Finer Form Multi-Functional FID Weight Bench is lower in height, which I found advantageous for kettlebell squats, where maintaining proper form is crucial. Assembly was a breeze, taking me only 20 minutes with minimal reliance on the instructions. This user-friendly aspect made the setup process hassle-free.The Finer Form bench’s versatility shines through its adjustable settings, allowing seamless transitions between exercises like bench presses, back flies, and shoulder presses. The Finer Form Multi-Functional FID Weight Bench doesn’t get a gold star for its missing important feature. While the option for core exercises is a standout feature, I did encounter a minor inconvenience regarding dismounting in its decline position, wishing for a removable handle for added safety and easy dismounting. In my opinion, the handle can be switched out with the removable pads using the available slot.Nevertheless, the firm and durable pads and their easy removal enhance my workout routines’ overall convenience and efficiency. As a first-time purchaser from Finer Form, I’m impressed by the quality and functionality of their Multi-Functional FID Weight Bench, which is a valuable addition to my home gym studio.

Amazing value… but beware if you’re a woman and/or have narrow shoulders…
First things first, if you’re just skimming reviews, know that the value of this bench can’t be beat. However, as the title states, beware if you have narrow shoulders, because this bench might be too wide for you. I’m on the slender side. There is about 17 inches between the tips of my acromions. The bench works for me, but I feel that the upper part of my triceps might rub against the bench while doing dumbell bench press, and possibly bother me a bit if my shoulders were more narrow.Now, onto the details of the couple things I don’t like, and the many that I do…My primary gym has Hammer Strength equipment and my crossfit place has Rogue. If those are a 10 on the quality, heavy duty, and stability scale, I’d give this bench a 7.5. That may seem like a bit of disparity, but it’s not bad. To be a 10, this bench would have to weigh twice as much and probably cost 2-3x. Most importantly, it’s stable enough and gets the job done. It feels stable while pressing 100lb dumbells. You don’t have that tiny worry in the back of your mind that it’s going to break down or tip to the side, and you can focus on the lift.As others have mentioned, it would be nice if the preacher curl/thigh pads could be set a bit wider. Also, I’ve seen other, similar benches that have an available attachment for doing dips. It would be nice if there was that option for this bench, but it’s just a wishlist item (if you’re reading this, product developers). The last inconvenient thing I can think of is that it does take a fair amount of assembly. It took me about an hour to put together. To be fair, I put it together at a casual pace, while watching TV.Now, for the thing I really really like that I didn’t know I would like… the leg lever rollers are adjustable. Most hyper extension equipment has leg lever pads that hold just below my calves. This kinda makes my knees feel like they’re going to hyper extend when I do hypertensions. However, with this bench I can raise that pad up higher, so that it presses against the back of my leg just below the knee and on the upper part of my calf. It gives me a locked-in feel and takes away that hypertension strain on my knees.

This bench is solid and looks awesome in my home gym. It is comfortable and easy to use. It comes with an illustrated, easy to understand workout/exercise poster to follow for maximum performance and usage. Easy to assemble and move around. The assembly directions are clearly written and easy to follow. Assemble time 20-30 minutes. The product adjustability and verticality are well thought out. The padding is comfortable and should last if taken care of. The product is solid, sturdy and I feel that support when using it. Well worth the price point.

Versatile and sturdy bench!
Really great product, it does exactly what I need and has helped me get more in shape. It was not difficult to assemble. It adjusts fairly easy to do different exercises. It feels sturdy and is easy to move. I can do body weight exercises as well as use dumbbells and feel like I can trust it to hold up.

This arrived with no instructions and a broken blister pack of hardware that was considerately placed in a sealed plastic bag. I was frustrated but cracked a beer to take a look at what I could do. The cardboard that had been on the back of the blister pack listed the hardware it had previously contained so I counted it to be sure it was all there before starting assembly. After the count I got it together in about 40 minutes. It was pretty easy to do myself and it looks great and feels sturdy. I see today that the company had emailed me instructions not long after I had requested them. Great customer service and I am very happy with the quality of this product. I have used it a couple of times since it arrived and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend this product. I will update if it falls apart quickly but I would be very surprised if it did.

Habe die Hantelbank bei den PrimeDays zu einem guten Preis erworben. Die Hantelbank kommt in einem einzigen übergroßen Paket, in dem alle Teile maximal platzoptimiert untergebracht sind.Mein Tipp: Bitte kontrolliert zu Beginn und VOR dem Aufbau vorsichtig insbesondere die Polster, ob diese während des Transportes nicht verrutscht und dadurch irgendwo eingedrückt oder zerknautscht sind => Ihr werdet den Inhalt ansonsten hinterher bei einer Reklamation nicht mehr wieder zusammensetzen können. Ich hatte einen solchen “Transportschaden”, aber der Support von FinerForm hat hier sehr gut und vorbildlich für Ersatz gesorgt.Zur Bank selber: sie ist mit der Anleitung einfach aufzubauen und steht sehr stabil. Allerdings solltet Ihr sie auf eine Rutschmatte oder ähnlichem platzieren, da die Füße glatt sind und keine Gummipuffer haben. Dementsprechend würde sie je nach Übung, Körpergewicht und Größe durchaus auch ein wenig verrutschen. Die Bank bietet verschiedene Einstell- und somit Trainingsmöglichkeiten und erfüllt meinen Zweck.Fazit: Ich bin mit dem Einsatz bislang sehr zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung!
