Love this delicious, functional treat! I was super excited to try Fiome based on its nutrition profile and clean ingredients list. It’s a healthy and tasty way to keep things moving. They’re soft and easy to chew. I’ll be recommending to my pregnant friends who are experiencing constipation.

Eat one or sometimes two of these first thing in the morning with a cup of Joe and then plenty of water afterwards, and these work like a charm. They are a sweet, high fiber treat that does exactly what it has to do if you make certain you drink plenty of liquids after ingesting. The ingredients are truly impressive, and light years easier on the body then relying on a pharmaceutical offering.

Delicious way to add more fiber
I would not go so far as to say these are like a dessert but they are very good and much better than drinking extra fiber. I have not experienced any bloating or bad side effects since starting Fiome two weeks ago. Its already become a habit and I look forward to having one each morning with my coffee. I definitely recommend giving these a try!

Delicious, effective, and perfect for before a run
First off — I hardly write reviews but I am obsessed with this product. I find it really hard to eat something right after I wake up and especially if I’m about to go for a run.This is the PERFECT bite. I take Fiome, eat a Brazil nut, drink some water and I’m good to go! Perfect morning ritual.I’m also very picky about ingredients and this has just a few very clean ingredients. It’s also packed to the brim with bites so lots of value for the cost.They’re really effective for me to hit my fiber goals every day (most people don’t get enough!!). My boyfriend has also been adding or mixing a few of them to his yogurt for added fiber.You have a customer for LIFE!!

Not impressed with the new formula!
I was enjoying the taste of both flavor options, but my favorite had been the peanut butter cacao. The “recipe” has now been changed, and I miss the old product. It went from a nice flavor and texture to a very dry, dense brick that is not enjoyable to eat. The flavor has been changed, as well, and is nowhere near as tasty as the original. Very disappointed.The ingredients appear to be the same, so I assume it will still be effective, but too soon to tell. I will probably not order this flavor again, and will stick to the banana flavor. I hope that one will not be changed also!**UPDATE**. I decided to take a chance and order one more bag of the peanut butter cacao flavor. This bag was still different from the original, but one big difference is that these were much softer and easier to bite into. There still taste a little different from the original, not quite as flavorful, but decent. If they continue to maintain at least this quality I will probably continue to buy. Both flavors of the product seem to be effective digestive helpers.

The best I’ve ever tasted. Tried many other products, but this tops it all. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because it’s pricey. I would order monthly if it wasn’t expensive. Highly recommend this product. Nutritional facts are excellent. Low in saturated fat, sodium and sugar.

I am honestly so happy I decided to try this brand! I was a little skeptical at first because there were not even 200 reviews but most of them were positive. I got the Banana Cinnamon flavor and will buy it again! I love that the ingredients are minimal and they are healthy. I didn’t want to take a conventional medication with several unnecessary ingredients to increase some fiber intake. Overall this product has great functionality for what you pay! I would absolutely recommend this product.
