I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, but this one really stands out. The mix of plant-based protein and creatine gives me exactly what I need for muscle recovery and strength, without the usual bloating or heaviness.It blends smoothly with water or almond milk and actually tastes great—no weird artificial aftertaste. I’ve noticed my endurance improving during workouts, and my recovery time has gotten shorter. Plus, the ingredient list is clean, which is always a bonus.If you’re looking for a solid protein powder with the added benefit of creatine, this one is definitely worth it.

AMAZING
WOW! I’ve been vegan for over 11 years and have tried every plant based protein but this one flys high above them all! I never usually buy vanilla (big chocolate gal here) but I needed something more neutral to bake with. This golden vanilla tastes like the best vanilla birthday cake you’ve ever eaten! I’ve noticed a big difference in my workouts, recovery, and overall muscle building just in the month that I’ve been using it too. This is the first creatine I’ve had and I couldn’t be happier. In the past I’ve had some digestive issues with other brands like Kachava because of the high amount of fiber I consume with a vegan diet. Not with Birdman! The lack of fiber was something that concerned me at first but it’s actually been the best thing for me. It has lower sodium, sugar, and nearly twice the protein I was getting with Kachava and at a better price! I am 100% a Birdman woman now! My favorite way to enjoy this is with 1/2 cup almond milk, two frozen bananas and one scoop of powder in a bowl topped with berries and hemp seeds. Try it and thank me later y’all<3

Got the vanilla one (haven’t tried the chocolate yet) it tastes great and I am thankful for the added aminos. I blame the creatine for minimal tummy rumbles a little bit after eating it but it’s not bad at all and is unobtrusive. I still take extra creatine because I’m not sure how effective it is just having it mixed in. The flavor is smooth and I’ve used it plain, but mostly use it with frozen fruit, my added vitamins, and water post workout. Great for macro counting and good quality. It’s not grainy at all and blends really well. I haven’t tried baking with it yet since it’s more expensive (but definitely worth it) I try to save it for smoothies. It is sweet, but not overly so and can be used by itself if needed. Would recommend to vegan athlete friends.

Taste pretty good and I like all the nutrients that’s in the powder, I will say it’s a little more gritty than I expected but I’d still buy it again. Deffinetly worth the money. Only down side is it says not to mix with dairy products.

Best Texture I’ve Ever Had
I just tried this for the first time and my first impression is that this is wonderful. The flavor is good and true to the vanilla like it says. It’s INCREDIBLY smooth, the smoothest vegan protein powder I’ve ever had. 10/10 in terms of texture.My only grievances are that with this fine texture means that the powder is also incredibly fine. It blew up when I opened the bag and drifted out everywhere because it’s basically dust particles. It makes me sneeze when I open it and I hate knowing that my $70 powder is going to waste. That’s my second issue. $70 pains me. Quality is quality, though. I haven’t found a good vegan protein like this yet, so overall I would recommend this product.

Got this for my vegan brother, and he loves it. He said the flavor is really good, and he likes that it already has creatine in it. Solid choice for anyone looking for a plant-based protein with an extra performance boost.

Works well, tastes bad
It digests well, works just fine, it does not taste very good in water. If you use a shaker bottle, you have to shake more than normal or you will just have a big glob of it at the bottom and end up wasting it

Cumplió mis expectativas. Buena calidad de proteína y está excelente que venga con creatina. El sabor es bastante aceptable. Los que se quejan del sabor quieren que sepa a chocomilk pero, obviamente, por el contenido de ingredientes eso no es posible.

La proteína me llegó en tiempo y forma, la he estado tomando por 2 semanas aproximadamente, cumple con su propósito de proporcionar una buena cantidad de ingesta diaria de proteína y además si he notado mejor progreso en el entrenamiento, obviamente lo recomendable es acudir con un nutricionista antes de tomar cualquier suplemento, pero si lo que buscas es tener algo práctico para cubrir las necesidades de tu ingesta proteíca es muy buena opción.
