Great set of straps, good price
Got these straps for our family’s home fitness efforts. They have held up well to a good amount of usage by a family of 4. None of my family has complained about the rug burns or pulled hair that I’ve heard about with other brands. I have no way to verify the resistance is true, but they all vary in resistance appropriately. We would recommend these bands and the price was right at the time we purchased them.

Great bands!
Have had these bands for a little over a month. Very sturdy and well made. Have recently started strength training and needed other options for equipment. You can take them anywhere which is convenient. I went on a quick vacation and was happy I could bring these along.

I hurt my shoulder in a sports accident and initially bought these bands for physiotherapy exercises and rehabilitation. They worked perfectly and I gained strength just like the doctor ordered and in 12 weeks I restored full mobility and functionality. The different sizes and resistance makes this band set perfect of overload. They haven’t cracked or snapped even with continuous use. I have substituted going to the gym with these bands and a jump rope.
