Stretch with Strength!
This strap is strong and has a double ring so that you can form a loop that will not slip. I ordered teh 10ft strap because I am tall and wanted to have enough to hold. Hamstring stretches are so much improved with this strap.

Well made strap ideal for securing yoga mat and for various yoga exercises.
The strap is heavy and well constructed. The average yoga strap is around 6 ft, so unless you need the extra length, don’t order the 10 ft one.

well made, heavy duty webbing
I’ve been looking forward to getting this. At 6 feet tall, even 8 foot straps aren’t long enough (at least with my limited flexibility) for some positions, and 10 feet is what I wanted. I also like slightly narrower straps, and this one, at 1 1/2 inches wide is pretty perfect in that regard.It’s funny how finicky we can become. Like I said, I like narrower straps. I also like straps made with lighter weight webbing. Webbing that sort of flexes into your body as it helps position it. This is not as heavy as seat belt webbing, but it is stiffer than I find ideal. (NOTE: That may mean this strap is ideal for YOU—remember, this is my preferences…)So, that’s why 4 instead of 5 stars on this. Well made, good materials, the navy blue I ordered is a nice color. I’m also coming to prefer the double ring ends like this strap has. It’s almost perfect for me.
