    Great for the value
These do have a fishy smell to them, but once you get over that they’re fine. I’ve been using this since I was 4 weeks pregnant (I’m now 14 weeks) and have had no issues with this.

    All time favorite!
Used this product during both of my pregnancies and definitely could tell the positive effects. They were easy to swallow and I would take them in the morning with breakfast and never felt nauseas while using them. These were a great option and I even use the postpartum ones!

    Excellent nutrition, no side effects
***Note: Another review suggested you might wait to take this after you’re pregnant. If you’re planning to try to get pregnant, it’s best to start taking prenatal vitamins six months before you start trying to prepare your body to conceive and grow a baby. If you’re planning to start trying sooner or already have started trying or are already pregnant, start taking prenatal vitamins right away.***I’ve been taking this prenatal vitamin for a couple of years. Unfortunately, I cannot say how it fares while pregnant because we’ve been diagnosed with unexplained infertility (which is really a lack of diagnosis, but yeah). However, I’ve never been bothered by the taste or smell, and it has not given me any false pregnancy symptoms. In my fertility testing, all my nutritional blood work looked solid except for Vitamin D being just a smidge low (28.3 instead of over 30 but tested in April after months of winter weather and low sun exposure), and I was already taking 1000iu of Vitamin D along with this prenatal for a couple years.

    Quality but large pills.
I ultimately ended up going with a liquid prenatal, but I did take these for a short time. They have great quality ingredients and have the methylated folate which was super important to me as I have MTHFR. The pill size was unfortunately too large for me, but I do struggle with large pills and these are probably average size to be fair. No weird taste and they did not upset my stomach. If I hadn’t switch to a liquid, I would have been happy to keep taking these.
