Very good supplement
I have been using this supplement for over a month now and I have definitely seen a difference in my nail and hair growth. There is no taste and I drink it in a cup of water. I haven’t had any side effects either which is good. Biotin makes me break out and this is a great substitute for my hair, skin and nails without acne breakouts, for comparison. I am also taking collagen vitamins and believe both are beneficial to my skincare and glow.

Great daily supplement!
I wanted to incorporate silica into my daily routine to help flush out heavy metals. I put a tablespoon of this into my morning smoothie and let it do its thing. It has no flavor so it mixes well with anything. While I cannot be sure it is really cleansing anything, I trust the science behind silica and this brand has been solid. I have probably ordered a half dozen times already and will continue to stock my cabinet with this brand.

Causes Histamine Dumps
If you have issues with histamine or histamine intolerance, please use extreme caution with this product. I had only one dose and I can barely breathe days later. So far the nighttime histamine dumps have been so bad, I woke up afraid I was going to die (abnormal heartbeat, severe anxiety and trembling, etc). I don’t know how long it takes to clear the body, but I hope it’s soon. Will never take this again.Edited to add: I spoke to my family naturopathic doctor. He told me there are virtually no benefits to silica and he would be shocked if it did anything to help detox my 7 year old son. Detoxes are pretty dramatic in him and I haven’t noticed any benefits in him using this, so I think the doctor is right. I’ve stopped giving him this supplement as well.
