We tried it, stopped for a couple days, took it again. We both have severe pain, visible spasms husband has tremors (Parkinson’s Disease) fingers and hands curling in odd ways ~ I have lower leg cramps, carpel tunnel both hands, and fell a lot a few years ago from a neurological illness.The Black Cherry is a profound pain reliever. Even taking the edge off migraines when I don’t have complete resolution from migraine medications!My husband just had back surgery five days ago. Spent two nights in the hospital. He’s doing really well where they did the surgery, but a nerve branch bundle going down across his left thigh to his knee is bothering him. The Black Cherry seems to help this as well.He is a diabetic, we watch what he’s eating, count carbs and his blood sugars are fine on this.We do the Tart Cherry in the morning.We prefer the type where you take 1 TBSP or with the Black Cherry 2 TBSP’s.It’s so noticeable when we’re in severe pain.We take it, start watching a show with a heating pad on. When we realize how much we’ve improved.For my husband it’s usually a loud snorty snoring 😴 💤 and I know he’s not in as much pain 👍We really can highly recommend this.We are very much into Organic, no preservatives. I like to add cranberry concentrate to water daily for various reasons. Instead of 2 Tbsp serving, I only add 1 Tbsp to a glass of water. Otherwise, it’s very sour, and is somewhat difficult for me to drink.
