No fishy taste!!
With its high quality rating and absolutely NO fishy after taste for the past two years I’ve been taking this brand, I will never switch to another omega/fish oil again. After my back surgery I was told that this is important for anti-inflammatories in my joints. I don’t know if it works, I just know I don’t have much pain. I can’t contribute 100% of that to this pill…However I’m sure it doesn’t hurt.The directions say take two a day, but I only take one in the morning is too much oil makes me a little, “inconsistent”. TMI, but important none the less. These are much better than the Costco ones that I used to get which every once in a while would give me fishy burps – yuck!!

I’ve been using these Omega-3 fish oil supplements for a couple of years and have generally been happy with them. However, the new batch I received yesterday seems different. The capsules are heavier, darker, and feel stiffer compared to the previous version. Out of curiosity, I cut one open—it definitely smelled like fish oil, but I noticed the outer capsule took longer to dissolve in hot water and had an inner coating. While I hope the formula remains high quality and safe, I’d love confirmation that no changes have been made that could affect absorption or effectiveness. If anyone else has noticed this, I’d appreciate your thoughts!Left is previous batch, right is new batch.
