Vitamins, minerals and amino acids form the brick-and-mortar foundation of a healthy body. The 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee reported that many Americans fall short in obtaining sufficient quantities of these important nutrients, including vitamins A, C, D and E, folate, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. Also, the prevalence of insufficient nutrient intake tends to increase with age. 35 to 40 percent of older adults who do not take supplements have inadequate B6 intake, and older adults often have difficulty obtaining enough B12 from their diet. Supplementation with vitamins, minerals and amino acids can play a valuable role in helping to fill these gaps.*

Healthy Metabolism: Chromium is an essential trace mineral that facilitates healthy carbohydrate, protein and metabolism.*
Supplement: The typical chromium intake in the U.S. can vary considerably depending on eating habits. Meats and unrefined whole grain cereal products, especially bran, are good sources of chromium. Chromium requirements may be increased with high intake of refined carbohydrates, and simple strenuous physical exercise, work, or physical trauma.
Vitamins/Minerals/Amino Acids: supplement formulated to provide beneficial support in filling important nutrient gaps.*
Our uncompromising operational practices at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities surpass GMP standards and manufacturing regulations. All of our products are GMO-free.
For 65 years, Douglas Laboratories has been dedicated to meeting the needs of healthcare professionals. This one works!
My wife has been using this one for a while now and because it’s 250 µg, it has a little bit of an edge over the typical 200 µg that is mostly available out there. It definitely helps with glucose levels for her. I wish they would make an allergy statement on the bottle, but with a little bit of research you could see that there’s nothing in it to trigger an allergy. I would definitely recommend it.

They are a big long capsule
Very surprised they were so big but I don’t have trouble swallowing big pills so no big deal.
