Great Vitamin, Terrible Taste
I love that I was actually able to find a vegan prenatal that actually met ACOG recommendations. I took them all throughout my last pregnancy and while breastfeeding. The taste however is absolutely AWFUL, they taste and smell very strongly of dirt, so taking them during the first trimester is pretty rough.
