NEW LIQUID OMEGA-3 – Since Algal Omega-3 Oil has been commercially available for a while but it did not contain meaningful amounts of EPA, we are proud to offer our new liquid product that contains both DHA and EPA derived from a completely vegetarian source (i.e. Schizochytrium sp microalgae).
HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT ENSURED – From start to finish, our product is produced in an FDA-inspected facility, under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations with controls in place to ensure the highest quality product.
EASY TO TAKE – One important fact of our product is the fact that it can be mixed with food or smoothies since it is a liquid with no capsule. This should help people who have a hard time swallowing capsules or children who cannot take capsules.
ALL VEGAN – Our Liquid Omega-3 DHA & EPA is 100% vegan & vegetarian, Non-gelatin, animal free, and guaranteed for purity, freshness and labeled potency.
100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – We take pride in the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our vegan food supplement, contact us for a refund or replacement.

This is the best Vegan DHA EPA product so far. Solution to fishy taste in my review.
Have noticed positive changes in my eyesight and mood since taking this supplement. I like this particular product because it has no extra chemicals such as carrageenan or caramel color unlike the other brands of vegan DHA/EPA supplements. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a strong fishy smell and taste BUT this is easily solved. I found two solutions to the problem. One way is to take it with a teaspoon of lemon juice. The second and best way is to purchase vegetarian gel capsules, 0 or 00 size (I use 0 size caps), and make your own pills by using the eyedropper that already comes with this product. The result is ZERO fishy taste! Only make one pill at a time because the gel capsule will probably dissolve from the liquid if given time. A whole serving fills one 0 size capsule. Please vote this review as helpful, if you found it to be so other users will find the solution to the fishy taste.

For a specific consumer
PROS: No carrageenan!; adjustable dose; EPA+DHA; not overly expensiveCONS: Taste hahaWho knew algae oil from the sea would taste like…. the sea? Yes, the taste isn’t great but I drop it into some bread and get it over with in 20 seconds. The 5-star review comes from the PROS I listed. There are no other carrageenan-free products that also have epa AND dha combined close to this ratio. The dropper allows you to adjust the dose to your liking and the product is priced competitively with other sources of EPA+DHA. I got what I expected when I bought it, so 5 star. I imagine low star rankings are because the taste surprised people.

Okay. Maybe not for early pregnancy
These drops did the job for the first half of my pregnancy, but I had morning sickness for 2.5 months and was positively sickened by even the smell of a drip on the closed bottle. I had to hold my nose while taking my dose, swallow with my nose still pinched (did you know that’s possible? I didn’t), then immediately start on a piece of strong cinnamon chewing gum so I wouldn’t wretch. That said, once the morning sickness and taste distortion let up and I was able to go back to eating broccoli and lentils with joy, the DHA drops became suddenly tolerable. Mostly just tasted like funky lemon. No gum necessary. I finished them off and bought some DHA capsules instead, just because the drops are a little messy and the bottle tended to leak somehow. But if you aren’t experiencing severe food aversions and you need drops, these will probably do you fine.

Vegan with both dha and epa
I previously used the regular deva vegan dha drops. But was glad to see they had a dha and epa version. Was dificult finding something that was vegan and in a form that kids would like. This does the trick. Kids like the flavor too. This has a doseage for children an adults. The price is good also compared to the vegan version of nordic naturals. Also, this should be refrigerated after opening.I would recommend this product. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it clumps up. Really needs a good shaking every time or it seperates and one part settles at the bottom. And the dropper is terrible. It leaks out often.update 2/25/2015- i continue to use this product. Several months ago I realized something was different with the liquid. I contacted Deva and they informed me that they changed the formula. The new formula does not clump up and the dropper leaks much less. I updated my review to reflect 5 stars.

2 out of 4 of us like it
Tastes fishy/oily to me and my daughter does not like it (3yo) but my boys do (1 and 5 yo) so that makes administration a breeze. It’s not awful and you could easily hide it in a drink or smoothie. My boys like it just fine straight.

Good for baby
This doesn’t smell or taste as fishy as I expected and the lemon flavor is very mild and it’s just the essence of lemon (not sweet or sour) so it mixes well with anything without being detectable. We give this to our baby as we wean from milk. Just 3-4 drops in milk or food and it doesn’t matter what the food is, baby eats it without protest. I can’t verify the quality of the supplement and like most supplements the results may never be directly correlated, but I’ve used other Deva products and they are usually well reviewed. I have also used Deva vegan DHA gel caps. We are a vegan family and buy vegan supplements and I am glad this product is available at a reasonable price.

I had high hopes for this product- I was excited …
I had high hopes for this product- I was excited about how it was more affordable than the pill form, and didn’t contain carrageenan (which the pills do). However, I wasn’t even able to choke down one serving. I’m not a picky person and can usually just deal with unpleasant tastes when it comes to medicine, but this was so horrendous. I tried mixing it with a strong flavored drink, and I still gagged and nearly threw up. I dumped what was rest of the tiny serving down the sink, and then my sink and the cup stunk, even after washing! It is what it is- algae oil, and it smells as such, but unfortunately it was physically not possible for me to take.

Product just arrived. It’s semi-solid, not liquid as expected, so it’s not use able as the dropper won’t work. First time disappointment with this company.
