Worth it
I only take 1/4 to 1/2 of the scoop and it really helps me out on my workout. It gives me that extra pump. I enjoy the flavor too. Its also my alternative for energy drinks or coffee especially work and my gaming life.

Hands down the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever tasted. Not only that but the pump is consistent and lasted through my whole 1 hour workout. I’ve tried NO- Explode, GNC, local pre fitness stores pre workout, mostly all of Vitamin Shoppes stuff and last Ghost. This pre workout blows everything off the shelf’s. I highly recommend it. Great pump for the gym. Scoops are kinda huge but then again, I been taking 2 smaller scoops of my previous brand. So 1 probably equals that. Gives me a lot of energy without feeling those tingle in my face

This is the first pre-workout I have ever tried and I really like it! The instructions say to try a half serving of you’ve never tried it before to see how well you tolerate the product and that’s what I did. As someone who is sensitive to artificial sweeteners and caffeine in products, I have not had any adverse affects. The product does what it’s supposed to do and the flavor is great too!
