Improves sleep!
I have an underactice thyroid which can resut in restless sleep. After reading about inositol I added this to Magnesium at bedtime and fall into a deep, restul sleep. Highly recommend!

Good Brand – Need To Take When Have Nodules
I’ve been watching a lot more videos of late about the thyroid, autoimmunity and issues with enlarged nodules on the thyroid. One doctor I watched explained the importance of taking Selenium when you have these issues. She said it helps with the nodules and also helps prevent them from turning to cancer. I truest her so I believe there must be something to it. I have already had half mine removed and the other is enlarged. I don’t want another surgery and I sure don’t want it morphing into cancer. That’s why I decided to start staking this. I think this is an excellent reputable brand and I hope it will have good absorption for me. I don’t know how I will be able to tell exaclt if this goes down or if it prevents the cancer, but I sure would like help preventing it because I have had so many issues with this for over 20 years now. It’s a great idea to start putting this out there for the thyroid. It says the other ingredient in here is Inosistol for hormone balance. That is definitely an issue for me as well so I’m hoping this will be a game changer for me. I will update if there is change in it’s physical characteristics of in how I feel after taking the whole bottle.

Excellent thyroid support
Update: I just finished this bottle and had my thyroid bloodwork checked. My antibody levels have gone back to normal which means my Hashimoto’s, at the moment, seems to have reversed. I don’t know if it’s entirely due to this supplement, but I am so pleased. My T4 levels were normal again as well. My blood work looked better than it has in two years! I will continue to order this.Original review: This is a very simple supplement containing only 2 main ingredients. If you know this is what you need support with, it’s nice to know there’s not a lot of other stuff thrown in. I have been taking for a week and am feeling my hypothyroidism symptoms calm. I’m am hoping that after a month of use, I will notice a bigger difference. I have a friend who was able to get her thyroid levels back to normal on supplements and was able to get off her medications. I am hoping this might help stabilize me as well.

Did not work for me
I have had Hashimotos Thyroid disease since I was 13. After turning 38 this summer I wanted to try something different. I took the supplements for a week, but unfortunately the side effects were too much for me. Headaches and nausea were the worst.
