I’m 45 and have used this daily for the last few years based on the recommendation of multiple Naturopath Dr’s. You get what you pay for. While Designs for Health are more expensive, they are a pharmaceutical grade supplement which means they have to be pure with a minimum amount of fillers. My trainer recommended this brand over 10 years ago and I have never taken anything else. Worth my health and the money!

Think it’s good but…..
Seems to be helping the frequency of bathroom breaks in the night, but I had major heartburn problems. So I’m taking a little breather to see if this is the culprit. The cranberry might be doing it to me. (I avoid it at thanksgiving for this reason).But if you don’t have acid problems than this is probably awesome. I play hockey with a couple of doctors and they said saw palmetto didn’t really do anything. This has better ingredients.And as always, this company is top of line ingredients in all of there supplements.

It helped my urgency to urinate all the timePlus it settled my stomach, and made my legs to walk better.That was just after taking two Prostate Supreme. Mind you I am taking other supplements daily and waiting for my potassium iodide (because they say you need it for the prostate to heal, that is not-included in this formula (which could be dangerous to your health, if taken in excess).
