I’ve tried taking it several different ways and it really just did not work for me. But that doesn’t mean that you don’t have a product that will so if you can refund my account, I would definitely try to find another product in the same area. CoQ-10 is essential for heart function and blood related things. Finding it at higher levels of potency and juxtaposed with good pricing was difficult. This is about the best I’ve seen for 200MG of product, and being a gelcap makes it easier to take than a full-size capsule.
