70yo with thyroid & the hot weather wrings me out within 5 minutes. I can’t take it. I wilt.But I still like to garden & get outside so I tried these on advice of my PT. What a difference it makes. With 90-100degree days upon us here, I cant bear to stay in the house days on end. I take 1 tablet on days I need to do errands in the heat. I take 2 if I’m gardening, mowing grass etc. They prevent me from wilting and feeling wiped out. I will definitely order again. And I’m not into take supplements. These do what they advertise they do.

I am a very fit and athletic person, and have been ever since I was little. I do lots of HIIT workouts, play sports of all kinds, and am an avid hiker (CO’s 14ers) and hunter. With all of these, but especially with the longer or more intense hikes, I have always struggled with cramping, primarily in my quads/hammies/calves. I sweat a TON, and my sweat is very salty (dog loves to lick me after a workout and sweat tastes extremely salty), so I know I lose sodium and electrolytes in a hurry when I’m active. I always chalked it up to not being hydrated enough, but last summer I was hiking the Incline in Colorado Springs when I began cramping. I drank a bunch of water, but a few minutes later was peeing out clear liquid. Based on the color of my urine, it would suggest I was extremely well hydrated, but in fact I wasn’t hydrated at all. I had so little sodium in my body from sweating it out that I couldn’t retain any of the water I drank. I popped about 5 of these pills, and I’m not kidding, I literally felt my leg cramps dissipate and disappear entirely within about 5-10 minutes. These have been a lifesaver on intense hikes/workouts ever since. These replenish the lost sodium and electrolytes, allowing my body to retain water and prevent cramping. Now I can go hard and sweat a ton WITHOUT cramping, which for the first 30 years of my life was not the case. I cannot recommend these enough to those who struggle with cramping/excessive sweating like me. Absolute lifesaver!Also they’re easy to swallow and the electrolytes are in a powder form contained inside a veggie capsule, so you never taste the salt.

Bottle in second order is maller and is labeled “Free Bottle”
This is my second order of this product. I intend to take the capsules, as I did in the first order. I have found it to be beneficial in that it has relieved the leg muscle pain I used to have. Both bottles say “100 capsules” on the label; however, this bottle is smaller than the first bottle and has a sticker on the lid that says “Free Bottle”. It also has a scan code. I was charged the same as the first order. I’d like to find out what the deal is.
