Rancid and DISGUSTING
These are 100% rancid. The DHA is extremely foul smelling just like any other fish tablet or algae-based tablet on the market. Break one of these open and smell it – absolutely DISGUSTING. I took these for over a year and so did my whole family & several friends. When you take these, even if it’s a fresh batch and none of the tablets broke open in shipping, you will be belching disgusting rancid fish-like odors. They mask it with a strong peppermint flavor on the exterior, in hopes that you don’t notice the rancidity. There’s no regulations on freshness in the supplement industry so nothing is preventing them from selling you rancid ingredients. Personally I switched to taking Dr. Fuhrman’s EPA/DHA supplement & Furhman’s daily multivitamin because it covers what’s in these but is actually fresh. To my knowledge that is the only fresh DHA product on the market made & stored in a refrigerated environment. Any other one i’ve tried has been rancid, with Complement being the worst example. And their customer service is a joke. They hire random people from outside the country who have no idea about the products. I’ve gotten different answers to the same question from different people. Not trustworthy whatsoever. It’s a bummer because i was excited for these when they came out. Never again.

Best Multivitamins I have ever tried!
I purchased these a couple of months ago and saw different reviews, I am on my 3rd bag and I have to say that these vitamins are amazing. I live in Florida and I work from home so although it’s hot, I run to the front door and get them whenever I see that they were delivered. I saw some of the reviews on them melting but I have never had that issue, I have never had a bag go bad on me and the way these things work are amazing. Not only did my hair stop falling out but it is much thicker and I am full of energy. I will continue to purchase these as the proof is definitely in the pill.

Excellent “cover your bases” supplement for vegans & vegetarians
I’ve been using this supplement / “complement” for over half a year now. My lab tests show that my B12 went from the low 200’s to 740, and my Omega 3 index (OmegaQuant) is now up to 6.3, which is fine for me. I haven’t tested my levels of the other nutrients contained in this product, but I’m guessing those results would be similar and in the ‘average’ range.I don’t want to be suboptimal OR overdosing on micronutrients, so this formula is great for me – and they offer transparency on their sourcing and the purity of their ingredients. Overall I’m a fan of (and trust) this brand and the founders. It’s a bit pricey but subscribe & save helps.Overall Complement is a reliable ‘insurance policy’ for optimal micronutrient levels for plant-based and plant-forward adherents. Good stuff.

not what I expected
This product does lack some quality. It has a fishy smell, the mint taste is awful. It seems every time I purchased it there were broken capsules in the bag. I didn’t contact the company about it the first time.I kept re-ordering believing these were good vitamins I needed to keep taking them. I did. I never felt the worked. Also, I felt sick from the mint. After I order my last bag there were broken capsules. I contacted the Company. They have very nice customer service. I can’t remember I for certain. I believe I had to send them pictures of the product. They refunded my money and were going to send me new product. I told them not to. I wouldn’t be using this product anymore. I went back to what I was using before because I could actually feel a difference in my body and knew my old product was working.

I love this product I believe I do see improvement in my hair growth new and old…The issue is I wish they would package it differently it’s a pretty penny and I always have broken capsules…Also it has a smelly fishy taste sometimes and it’s hard to swallow…If theses problems could be fixed it would be amazing..For that reason I’m only giving 3 stars
