Dissolves Easily and Works for Nails and Hair Also
I starting taking this about 2 months ago and so far things have been working great. I haven’t had constant joint pain so it’s hard for me to judge since my pain has only been periodic and I’ve not been working out hard lately. I started using this in hopes that over the long term it will slow the degradation and/or hopefully help rejuvenate/rebuild my knee joint cartilage. I also take this with Calcium, MSM, Chondrotin, Glucosamine, and Hyaluronic Acid. I usually have it during breakfast time in eggs or oatmeal. For oatmeal, it works best if you dissolve it in the cool water you add to your oatmeal and then heat it. For eggs, I just beat it into the eggs and cook. I’ve also dissolved it in ramen noodle broth and when making rice. Since it has no flavor, you can’t really detect a difference in flavor. You can add the powder after cooking but you have to stir it in longer to make sure it dissolves and doesn’t clump together.So the fun news is what I actually have been noticing. First, I started noticing that my nails have been seemingly stronger and thicker lately. A toe nail that got smashed years ago and has been taking forever to recover seems to now be quickly healing after several years of very slow recovery. My finger nails seem to be growing out more quickly. My beard seems to be growing faster. And finally, while cutting my hair which is thinning on top I think I have detected some of my hair returning. I have a lot of peach fuzz on top of my head now where formerly strong coarse hair died and turned into this fuzz. Now, it looks like some of these follicles are growing normally again with coarse/thick hairs. I tried Minoxidil aka Rogaine Foam years ago and it never worked for me. I’m going to start using it again paired with this and see if I start to see more hair follicles return to normal growth.

Omg amazing!!!! Dissolves very well in coffee with very very little taste. Compared to my last 3 brands, this stuff is 75% better!! I love that it has way less sodium for 2 scoops! And the protein content in2 scoops is a great addition to my morning routine!!! The fact that it dissolves well and minimal taste is game changer for me. I will definitely keep purchasing this brand!! And it’s a nice size container for the price!!!

No taste and easy to mix. However was expensive for what it is. Have moved to tasteless protein which was better value.
