I bought these cause I saw them on TIK TOK obviously. I started taking 1 pill in the AM. I took 2 one day one in the am one in the pm. I stopped because that day it sent me to the restroom and cleansed me. It was just too much for my body. SO I went back to 1 in the AM. I am only 5 days in and I am down 4 lbs. I am sleeping good. I feel good. Over all good. Idk if it is supposed to help with sugar cravings or what, but it helps me and also I am a BIG cheetos girl and I don’t even crave that anymore. I also do not eat after 7/8.

I was skeptical when a friend told me to try these. They give you so much energy and I sleep so well. I don’t wake up tired. I feel like my head is clear. My husband takes them too and he doesn’t like to take anything.

Delivery time is unacceptable
I’ve had to wait a month for my 2nd order. They keep pushing back the date on me! It’s ridiculous!!!! The product works amazingly but the delivery is crap. So make sure you order a month before you run out.

Allergic reaction – eczema
This product did not work for me as far as weight loss, but the main reason I am posting is this: in recent times, I suddenly developed eczema… on my face! I am 54. Never experienced such before. Was it stress? Aging? A reaction to make up? Was not sure, but suffered with hard and patchy scales of dried skin on one eye lid, a spot on my forehead, and my Cupid’s bow just above my lips. No matter what I tried, it persisted. Very unpleasant. After two months of taking this supplement with no weight loss result, I stopped. Coincidentally, the eczema cleared up. Suddenly and completely – just after. Likely an allergic reaction on my part. This product may be wonderful for many, but am sharing this just in case your experience something similar. Food for thought!
