Worked well for my sister
I bought this for my sister who wanted a natural way to control her thyroid problem. She has been using this product for several months now and is very satisfied with the results. The following is her assessment of the product:“My sister purchased the “Natural Thyroid Support” for me because I suffer from “Hypothyroidism” and have tried many Thyroid Support Tablets that have yet to truly address my nagging symptoms. I have always chosen to seek “Natural Remedies” for Medical issues when available as that is MY preference, but I have not been able to find one that would truly help…UNTIL NOW! “Cognitune”’s Natural Thyroid Support by far has been the VERY BEST, most EFFECTIVE natural remedy I’ve tried thus far. I’ve been using this product approximately 3 months now (The first bottle I purchased 2 months ago and my sister purchased 3 more bottles for me a month ago) and oh my, I can honestly say THIS PRODUCT has definitely worked well for me! I cannot speak for anyone else, but as for ME it has done wonders! I have a lot more energy than before, the dryness in my skin and hair has all but diminished. I have less pain in my joints and muscles and the nagging weight gain and inflammation seems to be a thing of the past!! This is a product I will continue to use as long as the Hypothyroidism exists. Also, the fact that the capsule is “Vegan” is a Plus as I am Vegan and always look for supplements that are likewise. I would recommend this product for Thyroid Health. Like with any “Natural, Herbal Product” do not expect overnight results, but give it some time to work. As I stated, I’ve been taking the product for 3 months now and I would rather exercise patience with a “Natural Product” that does no harm to the organs of the body than pharmaceutical meds that does otherwise. I’m not a medical expert, but I do KNOW my own body and what works well for it and what does not. For ME, I’ve found the product that has addressed my Thyroid issues. It’s working! But people with MVR take caution!
I decided to try this product based on some self diagnosed hypothyroid symptoms. I wanted to go natural before medicated, in the case that I could help myself naturally first.I’ve been taking the suggested dose (2 capsules) daily for about a week. Things to note: I am only 34, but I have MVR; Mitral Valve Regurgitation and a heart murmur. It’s hereditary in my case. These are underlying conditions that affect me personally, so I am sharing my view for the purpose of helping anyone else in my position! This will not be the case for everyone!What I have noticed is that my energy levels are definitely up. I usually drink a cup of half-calf coffee in the mornings. I can’t do full calf anymore because of my MVR and the way it effects my heart rate. The energy level increase has made it possible for me to get some excellent workouts in that have not left me feeling half hearted in my attempts. BUT, because am so sensitive to heart stuff, and can generally feel when my heart is acting up, this product (at least at the full dose) is causing my heart rate to increase, leaving me with some mild palpations and breathlessness (caused from the irregular heart beat). This is why I am only giving it 4 stars.I recently also incorporated a pure form of sodium ascorbate into my diet within the last week as well, and was having a hard time distinguishing the cause of my heart palps. This past week, each time I would drink a little of my caffeine, my heart rate would act up, and that’s not normal for me. So after researching one of the ingredients “Bio Perine,” I decided that based on how bio Perine is used, (to increase metabolism) that this thyroid supplement is the cause of my heart palpitations.So instead of a full dose I am going to cut it in half and only take one capsule per day. And will see how that affects me. I like this product; I’m hoping it will help to clear up some of my adult acne (which I think it was beginning to), fatigue, body coldness, and foggy brain that I attribute to the underactive thyroid. If this product keeps giving me palps though, I’ll have no choice but to discontinue.I’ll keep you all updated!Update:It’s only been two days of taking half dose and already, my palps have been better! Almost nothing.

Last two bottles defective
I have been using this brand for over a year with much success, unfortunately my last two orders have had what I assumed was broken pill dust in them and I honestly didn’t think much of it as the bottle was still sealed. Ended up in the ER for extreme fatigue and nausea and was instructed to stop taking these immediately for two weeks to see if that made a difference. It did because hopeful me wanted to restart them and my symptoms came back immediately and led to another ER visit. There is contamination in the current batch being sold leading to dangerous toxins being released into our bodies and our bodies defenses are doing what they’re supposed to and fight back. Very unfortunate and sad that this is happening. I also see many other reviews have been deleted reporting the same thing. Do better Amazon because if we all die of poison then however will you get our money? Stay healthy my friends
