Finely packaged ginseng. Came with all the info and certificates of authenticity as to the quality of the ginseng. Each packet of red ginseng had about I’d guess 3-4oz of fluid. All and all I felt pretty good while taking. Had good energy. Would probably work great if taken consistently long term. Also package arrived in a very timely fashion from seller.
