Easy to take capsules
Easy, to take just 1 capsules daily. Only thing is directions in ant small size print, need magnifying glass to read the information and dose instructions. Don’t upset digestive systems.

One of the capsules must have opened up or was loose because a majority of the capsules I had were covered in some of the powder. Kind of made them unappetizing for me because textures can bother me, but definitely still worthwhile if its something you want/need to add to your intake!

Vegan supplement
My husband has been taking cinnamon for many years to assist with his blood pressure and leg vein circulation so I decided to get a vegan version and give it a try. Unfortunately it caused me to have a mild skin rash on my face and so I had to stop taking it.

Cost effective option.
Interested in the effectiveness of this product in comparison to the supplements that I currently use,prompted my decision to order this brand.Containing turmeric and cinnamon,which are already part of my daily supplementation,and have been beneficial.Curious about the added benefits of combining,berberine,panax ginseng,and apple cider vinegar,in conjunction with what I currently use in hopes of increasing their beneficial properties.Clearly stated on the label this brand is non GMO,lab tested,GMP certified, and vegan.Also this brand Includes a full daily value of all listed supplemental ingredients in one capsule.Based on those stats,using this brand is extremely cost effective,as it eliminates the need to purchase individual supplements,which can become expensive.These capsules are easy to swallow,flavorless,and have no unpleasant odor.Concurrently I haven’t experienced any negative side effects,to report while using this product.However if any issues do arise I will report back with a follow up review.As always consult your physician before making any dietary changes, especially if taking prescription medications to avoid and adverse interactions.For now I will continue using this product,as it currently meets my needs.

No trouble with foul odors or swallowing
I tried this supplement simply for the health benefits of the ingredients. So far, I have not had any trouble with fowl odors, aftertastes or swallowing. The serving size is one capsule, so this is a 60 day supply. I do not feel any different from taking these, but perhaps I need to give it a little more time.

Mainly Ceylon cinnamon, some berberine, some turmeric
I love cinnamon and I know it’s good for me and Ceylon cinnamon is one of the best varieties. I know I don’t get enough cinnamon by sprinkling some on my cereal in the morning, so I decided to try these capsules. They are a little smaller than many of the supplement capsules I have tried; they are easy to swallow and they don’t upset my stomach. For good measure the capsules also include some berberine and turmeric, also known as antioxidants that support the immune system. I have not tried berberine before, but I am a fan of turmeric, which has proven helpful to me in the past. I checked out Bmvinvol’s website. They certainly look reputable and the packaging and marking on the product is also reassuring. I had not heard of the company before, but in today’s market that doesn’t mean anything. So I go with my gut feel and I am more than satisfied with these cinnamon capsules.
