Essential Element but . . . Don’t Overdose !
Nobody knows the correct dosage because 1 drop (2.5 mg) already provides 17 times the daily US RDA of 150 mcg (not mg, its “mcg”) . Do the math. You need 150 mcg, you take 1 drop which is 2,500 mcg; 2,500/150 = 16.7Ken Berry, MD screams for iodine louder than anybody (anybody who doesn’t sell the stuff) and even he says just 1 drop daily if you aren’t already eating iodine rich foods regularly. Most people don’ t know what they are; seafood esp shrimp/fish, diary milk/yogurt/chs, eggs yolks, liver. For vegetarians its more limited; seaweed, lima beans (yeah, vegan types should take a daily drop of lugol’s).

This is excellent Iodine. Lugol’s solution is potassium iodide and Iodine combined. I’ve been buying it for me and family members for many years.WHY AM I DISAPPOINTED? I typically bought two bottles at a time. That was an option. They came together, well packed, in one small box. Now it can be purchased only one bottle at a time. The box is the same size but contains only one bottle. Please bring back purchasing options that include more than one bottle. Also, the price has risen quite a bit since I started buying Carlyle brand.

Taking iodine can improve your energy and focus, especially if you are on a carnivore diet or low carb diet. This is a good product and it gave me more energy and made me feel better, almost immediately.

Pure, no sugar, or other additives!
This has minimal ingredients: pure distilled water, potassium iodide, iodine.The only negative is the taste. Put desired dosage 1-2 drops in lots of water, then drink more water.I just started this but hope for positive results. Will update later, either way.

The clear organic kind is nice, but for me…give me the old fashioned dark iodine. Adverts a cold, as it runs through your body. Like a liquid disinfectant.

Seems to work, but dropper is missing.
Only just started using it, but already some of my issues, such as a severe salt craving and cold hands/feet are already waning away, but the product did not come with the dropper it was supposed to, so it’s a bit more of a hassle to use.

Although there’s not a whole lot of information I can give on the quality of the iodine itself, the packaging was great, acceptable delivery time, and the quality of the bottle is high. It comes with a dropper. I’ve had products come with droppers before and most of the time they don’t work very well. This one is extremely efficient. Two bottles came in the pack, which was incredible value for money compared to other brands/sellers.
