How does one review such a product? There’s no way I can tell if this is actually protecting my eyes from oxidative damage or not.But it seems to be a good product from what I can tell, and hasn’t caused any issues.

What I love about this supplement hands down is how I felt after taking it. I felt refreshed and with so much energy. Its main purpose is to help with immune function and antioxidant help. You just take 1 a day I like to take it with cranberry juice because there are a lot of healthy properties in it.A little bit about the benefits of grape seed can help high cholesterol can help reduce swelling caused by Injuries and help inflammation. Not recommended for children or woman that are pregnant or breastfeeding.

I bought this for my mother. For a one-a-day pill regimen this is a great value to provide 400 mg at 95% proanthocyanidins. The pills are small enough to be easy to swallow, and two bottles and can last all year.

Blood pressure effects?
I added this over a week ago. I monitor my blood pressure at least twice a day. I stopped taking amlodipine 3 days ago because I was having surprisingly good pressure readings. I’ve been on this pill for decades. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker and relaxes blood vessels, and this may be having a similar effect. I’ll report back if this changes.
