CLA is produced from Linoleic Acid (LA), which is part of a family of isomers found in CLA. CLA fatty acids are also known as CLA isomers. CLA is primarily found in select meats, dairy products, and other food items. And, since the body does not produce this fatty acid, it must be obtained through the diet or supplementation. Studies have shown that when dietary amounts of CLA are increased, CLA levels in body tissues increase, which can help maintain lean body mass. A great product
This product works, no lie. I would recommend this CLA for anyone who’s sensitive to caffeine or just don’t want to have the jittery feeling associated with caffeine. I also think this product is best used for someone who has an exercise routine and has been in an exercise routine for a while and just need to get rid of the stubborn fat areas due to aging. I’m going on my 3rd bottle, been taking it going on three months now and I can tell you that you will see a difference especially in your face. My body composition is changing,and im feeling stronger. In a way it affected my mood, I’m happier and feel better. I’m in no way a person affiliated with this product nor do I like to leave reviews. I felt I had to say something about this CLA. It’s a winner.

This product is amazing! With the right diet and staying active this will help you to achieve your goal. There is no crazy smell, it’s a medium sized tablet, there aren’t any side effects that I face (drink lots of water) very easy to use (try to add it to your daily schedule).

Unexpected and Welcome Side Effect
As I glimpsed through some of the reviews before purchasing I saw no mention of appetite suppression, only evidence that it really worked so I bought it.I had no thoughts about its effects on appetite so wasn’t expecting it when my appetite was suddenly under control.I had a borderline binge eating disorder, one that would cause me to disassociate and binge eat if I tried too hard to manage it. It was all I could do to keep myself from being morbidly obese as my thoughts were uncontrollably flooded with thoughts of eating practically 24/7, whether as forefront thoughts or background thoughts. These would be especially triggered if I saw food on the counter (repeated offenses would cause me to eat whatever it was, even if I didn’t like it), in media or someone was cooking around me. Food became something agonizing, something I wanted to avoid, to have nothing to do with, I started subconsciously hating all food, thinking everything is cheap and disgusting as a defensive mechanism to combat my need to consume at all hours of the day and yet still found myself eating things I didn’t need when I wasn’t even hungry and didn’t even enjoy it. I felt disgusted watching or listening to people, including myself and even animals, eat. (I only say borderline because I somewhat managed to not give in nearly as often as I wanted to.)Losing weight after a binge was impossible (all the health specialists, including therapists, in my area are completely ignorant and unhelpful except to tell me that I didn’t have anything physiologically wrong with me that should be keeping me from doing so) so it was all I could do to keep a maintenance weight by trying to maintain a balance of control that wouldn’t push me into a disassociative state.So imagine my surprise when all of that was suddenly just… gone… I’d been suffering from this for more than two decades, only growing worse as it dragged on, and I’m only three decades old, yet I now find myself eating only when I’m actually hungry; my thoughts are freed up and I actually have a healthy relationship with food again. It’s only been three weeks. I’ve lost 8 lbs. For the first time in my life I actually lost weight. This did so much more for me than I could have ever expected. I don’t even know what to say.(Other than, if you also suffer a binge eating disorder, you probably shouldn’t expect the same results as everything is entirely individual and reviews on appetite suppression are apparently mixed. (Looked it up as I was writing this review.) Go into it tentatively, without definitive expectation, and I hope it works for you, too. It’s incredibly liberating.)

I onlyPut 3 stars because I don’t know yet !!!Okay I am in day two of taking these bad boys. Taking 4 a day as it says in bottle.2 in the am and 2 early dinner .So far it makes me super thirsty .I am drinking a lot of water which isn’t bad , which is making me pee more often. Side note I heard fat leaves your body in the form of urinating.Not sure if that true or not.I will come back when I am finished with bottle and leave a true review and update with my weight.I am a mom of two 2 c-section 5’2 142lbsI workout 2-3 times a week . I eat “healthy “ but also have my fun days .

Increased appetite for the worse!!!
My normal CLA was out of stock so I gave this product a shot. It actually increased my appetite and cravings for sweets and fatty foods. I gained weight with this product. Luckily my normal CLA product had restocked and have been taking that for the past week. I have seen a DRASTIC CHANGE in my appetite, cravings, and overall energy. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.
