Good Product
Been taking this combo for about a month now and I have to say it is effective. I’ve experienced slight increases in strength and stamina, have leaned out just a bit, and the libido is in high gear, which is something for a 50 yo. I’m going to run it for another month and see what happens. Ultimately, taking this has been a positive in my life and I’ll take that.UPDATE: Changing to 5 stars, this stuff is really amazing. Made me feel like my old, younger self. Took it for 8 weeks, felt great, truly missed it on my off weeks. Been back on for 6 days and already feel amazing. If you’re an older guy, you need to give this a try.

Great SUPPLEMENT to hard work and dedication – not magic answer
I have used this product off and on for years, typically to break through a plateau or jump start training after a hiatus. This product has always given me increased vascularity and strength, as well as improved definition. This is not a MAGIC answer, you need to put the work in, and eat clean. I feel it takes about 3 weeks to really feel / see improvement with consistent exercise and diet. Great to get in shape for summer, and improve overall gym performance, BUT If you want to make gains fast and blow up, maybe ask your local juice head for a connect.

This product works well. I would just advise you to drink plenty of water while using it. I would catch cramps in my leg muscles when I did not drink enough water. I notice an increase in my strength almost immediately. Everything, my bench, squats, shoulder press, etc. shot up quickly. The downside is that I missed it (could feel the difference) when I stopped taking it.

Took daily in addition to strict diet and workout regimen. Noticed slight increase in definition. For me, I noticed a boost in mood for a few hours after taking which was nice. Take with breakfast, same time, every day. Will probably get again.

It’s actually kind of hard to tell what this has done… If you’re eating right and working hard, you will get results. Since I am doing that for the first time, it’s hard for me to determine if there is an added benefit or not. Put it this way, it hasn’t done any harm or hurt my results.

Iv been lifting since I was 13 and 29 now. I’m bigger and stronger then most if not all of you that will read this. If you actually go to the gym and lift hard (don’t confuse with heavy) every time you go and you want to step your game up with out juicing, take this. It’s 30 for a month so you need two for 8 week cycle. 8 on 4 off wtih a ball dropper anti estrogen and do it again. I love this stuff and first got at GNC and spent like 3 times as much. Lift big, eat big and don’t be a pussy cat. Take your aminos, take this and eat like a king and you will grow. I’m 5-11.5 about 250 semi lean. I wear 2x shirts and 36 inch waist. Iv been taking this for 2 years and love it. Naa naaa na boo boo

Effective
I’ve been using supplements since the mid 2000s. Are these as strong or effective as the old school stuff? No…but by today’s standard I do still see results. Strength and hardness are both up when using these coupled with my normal workout routine. I’ve added some decent weight in my big lifts and I do believe that’s due in part to these…also libido is up a bit as well.
