Mushroom supplements are all the rage. I’ve tried a few, but haven’t really felt much of a difference. What I appreciate about the Bluebonnet is that it’s organic, vegan, made in the US, but overall, I’m just glad I don’t keep burping up mushrooms! I had a mushroom “coffee” that repeated itself over and over until I couldn’t stand it, and I’m a mushroom lover!If you believe the fungi hype, then with seven varieties of mushroom, you are getting a broader spectrum of nutrients than from just one source. Since I do actually believe the studies, I will gladly keep taking these knowing that it’s more a long term effect, than short.

If you’re reading this, you probably have already done the research on the ingredients, and made sure they don’t have any adverse reactions with medication you are already taking. If not, do yourself a favor and do so as these powerful ingredients can be really helpful, but also interfere with the function of other medications.I’ve tried various types/forms of mushroom supplements. From powders to tablets, but neither have a pleasant taste, and keeps me from breaking my regimen. Because of the gel cap, they have no real flavor. As far as what you can expect, these mushroom pills have a fresh scent (for mushrooms at least). They were also double safety sealed; a bottle seal and a plastic tamper seal around the lid. They are grown in the USA, which is a must for me.As with most natural supplements, it’s hard to say if they are working on not right away, but I feel confident that the ingredients are fresh and effective. One dose is 2 pills, so this bottle will last 30 doses.

I don’t feel any different so far but I believe they’re beneficial
I have been taking them off and on for a couple of weeks.I admit I’m not 100% faithful to taking them every day but I take them often and I’m hoping over time I’ll notice a difference.They are a bit hard to swallow as are most of the larger capsules, for me but not so hard as to deter their use.I believe that the benefits will be there and hopefully I’ll actually see some noticeable differences as I get to the bottom of the bottle.For now I’ll keep taking them.
