These are pretty much exactly what I expected them to be. The capsules are fairly large, which isn’t an issue for me, but heads up if you have trouble swallowing bigger pills. The capsules also have a fairly strong metallic smell, and a few times after taking them I later burped up a metallic taste.I had to discontinue use of these because I started getting stomach pain after taking them, but that’s not their fault; every iron-containing multivitamin I’ve ever tried has had that same effect. As far as I can tell, these have all the nutrients they’re supposed to, and if you can handle their strong smell, large size, and iron content, they should work well for you.
