LOVE these! I tried another brand and could not for the life of me keep taking them. These are the perfect size and don’t really have a taste or smell to them. Super super easy to swallow since they’re gel and not giant.

Good gentle vitamin
I like that these are gentle. They give me energy. I’ve been taking them for about 6 months now and my nails are growing faster than ever. My baby is pretty big so I think they have been good for him as well.

Exceeds recommend doses
What I love about this brand is it provides high doses of vitamins that sometimes exceed the recommended daily amount. Pregnant women need more nutrients than are recommended in my opinion. Recently I checked the label again to be sure I am getting enough folate, and I was surprised to see that the 2 pills a day provide plenty.

So many unnecessary additives.
I am disappointed by the unnecessary and, frankly, strange amount of additives in these prenatal DHA pills. What is the purpose of having sorbitol and “natural flavors” in a soft gel supplement?? I checked a few other DHA supplements I had used in the past and none of them had these. This makes me very leery of this product, even though the company seems to be an older one with a good reputation. Because of my concerns regarding the ingredients, I will not be using the product nor recommending it to others. I would prefer to take a DHA supplement with simple, clean ingredients.

Smell Good, Easy to Swallow
I got these because they don’t contain gelatin or fish. These have no fishy after taste. The coating smells great and it’s a smooth easy to swallow capsule.

More sustainable and environmentally conscious
I’ve been taking supplements that do not contain DHA and was concerned that my diet might not provide enough of it. As a researcher, I conducted some online research and discovered that DHA-rich algae oil is a safe and effective vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids. As a result, I decided to order this product. Although I am not vegetarian, I prefer DHA sourced from algal oil because it is more sustainable and environmentally conscious. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and have no unpleasant taste.

Soso
I like how the after taste wasn’t so bad. Haven’t gotten pregnant yet. Not sure if it works. I was taking to help with fertility.
