Seems like a good supplement for people who need Iodine
I need to monitor my thyroid health, and thankfully my wife cooks Japanese food that has various seaweeds, including kelp, as part of our diet. That said, I don’t get a lot of good sources of iodine in my regular diet, so this supplement is a nice way to ensure I’m getting iodine.If you’re regularly salting your food with iodized salt, you don’t really need this. But since my job has me eating out of the house semi-regularly and my wife has some non-iodized salt she uses for cooking, this supplement makes it easy to add some iodine to my diet without needing to eat a iodine heavy food like kelp or consume iodized salt.

Atlantic Sea Kelp Iodine
I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks but so far I’m not sure if it’s helping or not. I do like the claims made in the about section and the clean ingredients that are sourced in the USA look promising and for that reason I’m giving it a rating of 4.However, I think people really need to research whether or not they should take an iodine product (yes, I know, I’ve heard it a lot that I should). Perhaps get tested first to see if you are in need and then consider whether or not to use it. Iodine from sea kelp, an excellent body friendly form iodine. Iodine plays such an important role in bodily functions, as I understand it, it’s important to ensure you’re getting enough, and unless you eat a lot of seaweed and seafood, then the odds are one is not getting enough, I understand. There are various forms of iodine and iodine from kelp is the form I prefer by far. and this kelp here is USA sourced and the product is made in the USA. Great product.
