During the course of around four weeks, I used this product in an effort to determine whether or not it might assist me in maintaining a balanced routine and provide assistance in areas such as the immune system, joints, and digestion. Because these gummies are meant to assist overall well-being, I thought it could be simple to include them in my daily routine. I have always been fascinated by supplements that try to deliver various advantages in a single form, and because these gummies are advertised as being beneficial to overall wellness. In the morning, I would make it a habit to consume the appropriate quantity of gummies before going to work. This was a simple ritual that I would follow every day. To remember to remain consistent, which is essential for any supplement, I believe that having a fixed timetable helped me remember to do so. My experience has shown me that you normally do not notice significant benefits quickly, which is why I believe it is essential to give things like this time to establish themselves. During the first week, I did not see any significant changes in my energy levels or the way I felt physically, yet I continued to attend to see what kinds of improvements may occur. Beginning at the beginning of the second week, I started to become aware of some small changes. One of the things that I started to enjoy right away was the fact that I felt more at peace, particularly as the number of hectic days began to accumulate. The nature of my profession requires me to move about quite a bit, and on some days I find that I am exhausted by the middle of the day. On the other hand, I started to experience a little more constant sensation of serenity, which I believe could be connected to the calming characteristics that these gummies promise to deliver. Additionally, I noticed that my joints seemed to be less stiff, which was especially noticeable after a long day of standing or hunching over a desk in order to analyze paperwork.

Great mix of ingredients, not my favorite tasting gummy.
So as far as supplements go, I never try to verify what they are going to do for you. There are just too many variables at play to say taking a gummy made me feel particularly good or bad. I love taking supplements and vitamins and hate taking pills so gummies are an excellent fix for me. But they have to have decent ingredients, taste at least good enough so that I can commit to taking it every day and preferably not be loaded with extra sugar.I’ve tried a number of sea moss gummies and most of them have had a great flavor but I have tried one that was terrible tasting. I’ve also tried a lot of gummies that have had ashwagandha in them. They are usually mixed with either shilajit or mushrooms and they tend to be a lot more hit or miss in the flavor department. These were ok. Just ok. I can take them, but I don’t particularly look forward to taking them because they aren’t great tasting. So then it’s just a matter of how much do I like all those ingredients and do I think it’s worth the unappealing taste. They also have been a little sticky to each other. It’s a problem I often have in my part of the country where we are usually hot and humid. I wish that all gummy vitamin distributors would put them in wide mouth jars. I would say 3/4 of all of the gummies I’ve ever tried end up being sticky by the end of the month while taking them. I have to resort to sticking something into the jar to pry them out of the opening. Just use wide mouth jars so we can easily access them even when they start to stick together.I’m finishing these jars because the taste isn’t terrible, it just isn’t pleasant to me. Since I’ve gotten most (not all) of these ingredients via other gummy combinations, I probably personally will not continue with these. I see from other’s reviews that I’m about the only person who didn’t seem to love the taste… so I think they are the kind of thing that is worth a try for you. Then like me, if you don’t care for them, you don’t have to do it again but if you do like the taste, it’s a great combination of ingredients and an easy way to digest them.

These gummies are super sweet and a little tougher to removed from the bottle. After a while they tend to stick together so I just dig a few out each morning and pop two. The flavor is really good. It’s a sweet, sweet fruity delicious flavor. This is a 30-day supply if you take two a day.

I like these gummies; however, I do not know how to describe the flavor other than complex and different. Not bad but very complex, I initially taste the honey, then sea moss, then some type of berry like flavor and then another flavor that I cannot identify or really describe. Not my favorite gummy but not bad at all
