Each bottle contains 60 gummies for a 30 days supply. I like that these contain fish as a form of DHA, but unsure why they would choose tuna for these gummies, since it has a very distinct flavor and scent. While these vitamins do not taste horrible, it was definitely something I had to get use to over time. The gummies contain a decent amount of vitamins that are essential during pregnancy, and can be taken after pregnancy as well.

Good flavor, no vitamin aftertaste!
These prenatal vitamins taste great! So much better than having to try to take one of the large hard tablets! You do have to take 2, for a single serving, so you will get a 30 day supply from one bottle. I’m taking them as a weight loss supplement, so I am only taking 1/2 a dose and one gummy is perfect for what I need. I had a some difficulty getting the top open, the Child proof lid took some muscle. The gummies themselves looked a little drab, but the flavor is really nice and mild. It definitely tastes like raspberry lemonade and I loved that there wasn’t any medicine flavor. I also had trouble being able to read the ingredients on the back label, but I read it on the Amazon description, so I know they have all the stuff I was looking to get in a multi-vitamin. I highly recommend.

I must admit, I was anxious to try out these vitamins due to the fact that they were by a new small business. The “Black Girl Vitamins – Prenatal Gummies for Women” are good quality and contain a basic variety of vitamins and minerals, but with additional folic acid, which is standard for helping with pregnancy health. I noticed also a higher level of biotin and B-vitamins and that is a plus. You get 60 gummies and you take two per day, so it’s a one month supply
