Good blend although unclear where it is manufactured and company details
I definitely like the supplement itself, as its a good blend, and seems to be good quality. You smell the freshness of the Berberine and Ceylon as soon as you open the bottle…as you get a fresh kick of aroma as you expect from a good and fresh Berberine or Ceylon supplement.I also really like the mix of ingredients here as you get 300mg of Berberine , 175mg of Ceylon Cinnamon Extract, 175mg of Milk Thistle Extract, 175mg of Turmeric…and 175mg of Bitter Melon Extract. I am not sure exactly what Milk Thistle and Bitter Melon do, although I have also had them as ingredients in other supplements, so I am glad they are in there. But the most important part for me is the good dose of Berberine, some Ceylon, and some Turmeric. Berberine is known to lower blood sugar levels, as does Ceylon Cinnamon, and Turmeric is a very powerful anti-oxidant that I take anyway as well. So having them all in the same supplement..with the other ingredients…is great.My only issue here is that I cannot figure out where this supplement is actually manufactured nor where this company is, or even what this company is. Its all quite confusing. So The brand label is Harmonify but there is a Harmonify wellness clinic in the Miami Beach area. So google points to that, but also shows the Harmonify website. Then the actual company LLC on the bottle is Nodomo LLC. The address listed points to a PO Box of a UPS store in a strip mall in Las Vegas. (and same address on the website too.) But the website also says “San Fransisco, California” in thier Bio. and then the Nodomo LLC name also has health and nutrition stores in New Jersey…with the same unique Nodomo logo.So I am baffled…as to where this company is located (were there mergers or something ? nothing is explained about locations on the websites “about us” its all just vague generalities about nutrition stuff.) and there is nothing saying exactly where it is manufactured. The bottle does NOT say made in America, but instead it shows a little circle with the American flag, and instead says “Proudly USA Company”. That is of course not made in America. But it is very common for supplements to be made in India or China, and be imported to US, and then be distributed by a US company at that point, with hopefully the proper testing done before distribution.So the good news: is it does have all the other good labels I like to see on a supplement, such as GMP, Good Manufcaturing Practices, Non-GMO, Lab Tested, and Gluten Free. Although it does contain 1 filler in Microcrystalline Cellulose, I read that a supplement can still be Non-GMO if it has less than 5% of such ingredients, so therefore 95% free of non-GMO ingredients I believe to get that label.Bottom line: I definitely like it, and like taking it, but with conflicting company information, and unclear info on where it is actually manufactured gives me pause. As I prefer to use supplements with a long track record, and this is a smaller/newer company with unclear origins. But I like mostly everything else about it, and I do trust that it is probably safe as it has all the other standard things you like to see. So I would recommend it as I have no reason not to, but for those who like more established brands you might want to look to those as well.

Well packaged and sealed.. capsules are well sealed..Got these to see if it helps with my blood sugar. So many good benefits to this complex will update in a month.

Decent
Decent berberine supplement- I like the Ceylon cinnamon addition as it helps with my appetite and metabolism while the berberine handles my blood sugar.It’s not the most concentrated supplement I’ve taken, but it seems to work well, best when I take it in the morning rather than lasted in the day.
