Berberine!
I just discovered berberine about six months ago. I have the worst sugar cravings so the time. There are a lot of supplements out there that you just take hoping that they’re doing something good for your body, but never really know for sure if they are. But within about a week of taking berberine it suppresses my appetite more than anything I’ve ever taken, including prescriptions. If I forget to take it for a few days, I’m back to constantly snacking.

Good for the berberine, but that’s all.
I’m a suppliment guy in his late 40s, and am very familiar with berberine. The older I get, the more that sugars and heavy carbs affect my energy level and weight, and I’ve found berberine to be a great suppliment in that regards.The berberine in this seems to work as well as any I’ve tried so far. You can pretty much disregard the rest of the ingredients. The vitamin D/K combo isn’t enough to make any real difference, which goes for the turmeric, as well. I don’t know what the ideal dosage is for the rest of the ingredients, but there certainly doesn’t seem to be enough here.Overall, the value is decent for the berberine. The pill size is easy enough to take, and there are no bad flavors here to combat.

Easy to take
I don’t take a lot of vitamins or supplements but I’m very interested in gut health and I like what I read about this Berberine product. I like that it’s made in the USA. I also like its ingredient list. I’ve been taking this supplement for awhile and I do notice a diffentc in the way I feel at the end of the day. The capsules are easy to take with water and they are well packaged.

Nature’s Ozempic
I got this in the hopes that it would help with weight management. Turmeric and Cinnamon are good additions to help with inflammation and metabolism. Berberine is touted as nature’s Ozempic. I am still waiting to see if I notice any difference in my weight and will update here if I do. In the meantime, I am happy with this supplement. Quality ingredients and vegan formulation.

Good all around turmeric and berberine supplement
I got this because I wanted a Turmeric supplement for some mild arthritis and back/leg pain from a herniated disc. Figured it could slightly add to my recovery from the herniated disc at worst, and at best accelerate it. It has a number of other ingredients to aid in gut health, weight management, etc. Since I was already on Berberine with a more dedicated supplement, I waited till that was out before starting these; don’t want to get too much of a good thing.As a replacement for the one I’d already been on, this was more of a maintenance dose of Berberine. But that’s okay, since I wanted it more for the Turmeric this time around.The capsules seem well-made, ingredients seem sourced responsibly and good quality, and everything went down smoothly. While I haven’t noticed amazing results, I do notice when I forget to take these for a couple days, so they do at least take the edge off of the mild arthritis. And that’s all I can ask for.

Like these ingredients with the Berberine
I got this because I take Berberine for the benefits it may possibly have with my metabolic health. My numbers used to hang around the area my Doctor didn’t much like. Despite diet changes I wasn’t able to make much headway with that even with modest reductions with my sugar intake. With Berberine however I’ve been happy with my recent lab work and would like to think that Berberine may have been beneficial. Now granted it has been very small movement however it’s in the right direction. I currently am stacking my Berberine with Dihydroberberine to see how that plays out. I like about 700 to 900 mgs a day of Berberine split before my two biggest meals so I’ll definitely need to stack these with Dihydroberberine or more Berberine if I just use the two caps. What may be best for you ( if at all) may be substantially less. I definitely recommend getting lab test to see if it’s doing any good as I have close friends/relatives who noticed nothing. What caught my eye with this was all the other wonderful ingredients imo in this that I currently take except the bifidobacterium lactis but I have taken that before. I like they used the Ceylon form of cinnamon as I watch my liver health closely. I like the K-2 MK7 form for possible cardio benefits. And I like the Turmeric and the Vitamin D for possible immune support benefits. I didn’t see where this was ‘third party’ lab tested but I do see that a GMP facility was involved which I very much like. I also notice that non-GMO ingredients were used which is what I prefer. Some people have reported stomach issues with Berberine but I have never noticed that and this product included. The Bifidobacterium lactis is a probiotic that I like for the many possible benefits it may possibly have and it may possibly be beneficial with digestion and/or stomach issues. These were easy to take and I had no quality issues with the bottle I received. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

Great low dose berberine supplement
Berberine levels are fairly low per supplement. 500mg is the berberine level. But it allows one to divide the supplementation up throughout the day.
