Good product
I take the drops sublingual, without mixing with anything for the best absorption. Taste isn’t an issue for me. I like it, and the benefits of it are most important to me. Measuring them is easy, dropper clearly marked. It was packaged well, arrived undamaged.

Great ingredients but bitter taste
This is worth taking even though the flavor is not overly desirable. The ingredient list is excellent–it has a lot more than just Berberine.But the Berberine alone is worth it. You can Google the benefits of taking Berberine, but I’ve been a believer for a couple of years now–after a friend who’s very knowledgeable about supplements mentioned it to me.This also contains Ceylon Cinnamon, Resveratrol, Green Tea, and Turmeric among other supplements–all great, in my opinion.Remember when taking Berberine that it only stays in your system for an average of 7 hours, so you will need to take smaller doses 2-3 times a day in order to get the full 24 hour benefit.Highly Recommended!

A lot more than berberine!
This liquid formula has more than just berberine, it also includes: ceylon cinnamon, bitter melon, green tea, turmeric, dandelion root, black seed oil, black seed oil, grape seed extract, quercetin, resvaratrol.This mix is mostly about helping with blood sugar and alleviating some digestion issues. This wouldn’t solve indigestion but it’s more like a preventative solution.For turmeric absorption you need black pepper – so for max results, try to incorporate it additionally.The taste is ok (pineapple taste). Liquid is oily but no issues when mixing in a water.The packaging has no information about producer or where the materials are sourced from, so that lowers some confidence in the product’s quality.

Tastes awful!
I have tried a variety of the tincture Berberine supplements, and this is by far the worst tasting I’ve had. The only reason I bumped the rating from a 2 star is because it is effective and works well. I have to mix this with something else to dilute the taste to tolerate it. This is very bitter in taste, there is no sweetness to it at all. The tincture is a lighter color, not clear, but a light color. This comes with a dropper to administer the supplement. It is not one I’d order again just due to the fact I can’t personally tolerate the flavor. If that’s not a big factor and want a supplement that works, this does seem effective.

Very bitter
Overall satisfied with this product. When taking just by itself it is very bitter which leads me to believe it has the ingredients listed on the label.When adding to just water it helps dilute the taste but I find it easiest to just add it in with my greens powder drink and the taste of the greens masks the flavor of the bitterness in this.Not sure what else to say. I didn’t notice any adverse reactions or side effects from any of the many ingredients in this. Often supplements that contain too many things that one of them will be a problem but nothing like that with this product.

I’m throwing this away. The taste is horrible. I can’t tell if it’s chemically or grassy or both. But it’s not for me. I won’t even put this in something to take, as I already know what it tastes like now and I don’t want that in my body! I will say that if this is an appetite suppressant, it must be from the taste of it! It’s lunchtime now and I don’t want to eat anything after that. I mean, it’s still there… the aftertaste on my tongue. Gross.This is like the 3rd bottle of different brands that I have used and the other 2 were fine, had pleasant tastes that I could take straight from the dropper if wanted. Not this one!
