I’ve been using these Berberine capsules with Ceylon cinnamon and turmeric for a few weeks now, and I’m generally pleased with the results. The combination of ingredients seems to work synergistically, and I’ve noticed a positive impact on my overall well-being. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they are non-GMO.The inclusion of Ceylon cinnamon and turmeric alongside the berberine HCL is a thoughtful touch, offering a broader range of potential health benefits. I like the idea of a comprehensive supplement like this.My only reservation, and the reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five, is the lack of visible third-party certification. While the product claims to be non-GMO, having a recognized certification would provide greater assurance of its purity and quality. In today’s market, where transparency is paramount, this is a crucial factor.Overall, this is a good product, and I would consider repurchasing it. However, I would strongly encourage the manufacturer to pursue third-party testing and certification to further solidify its credibility.

I take it before heavy carbohydrate meals.I normally have blocks to weight loss but I have been taking Berberine as directed and I’ve noticed some progress.Plus with all of the other health benefits of Berberine, I hope to transform my health and my life simultaneously. I feel more energy and see my blood sugar levels goin down slowly. The pills are not large and were easy for me to swallow. I take two twice daily, so I wish it was an even 60 pills not 50.Considering that most other Ceylon Cinnamon extract products come in doses ranging from 1200 mg. to 6000 mg., the 200 mg. here is hardly anything to get excited about. Also, Turmeric usually comes in 500 mg. capsules, allowing 1000 mg. per day.Finally, the standard dose of Berberine is 900-2,000mg a day, divided into three to four dosesWith that said, $19.99 for an odd number of 50 is not a good value. It’s rather expensive for someone hoping to achieve good results when targeting a specific health concern while proper dosing is crucial.

Sirunes Berberine caps arrived quickly. The bottle was tamper sealed but the back nutrition label ink appeared smudged as if it had gotten wet and smeared. I like that it contains cinnamon and turmeric along with the berberine. I like that it is non-gmo and made in the USA. Will know it’s effectiveness in time. I only wish it stated where the ingredients were sourced from and that is the reason I gave 4 stars.
