Mind, memory AND third party tested
I remember when Gingko came hot out of the presses as the new memory and focus miracle cure and not much has changed. Still an awesome natural way to boost your focus, you’ll want to take this consistently for max effects. While it is a bit on the pricier side, you are paying for quality here. This one is actually third party tested so you can rest assured you’re getting the best. I ordered this because I made the insane idea to go back for another degree and if you hated calculus the first time, you’ll still hate it in your late 40s. But at least I can say that I am able to focus and supplement my brain while I get everything done at work and school. Definitely giving Ben’s a thumbs up.

A solid natural supplement for memory/cognitive function
Ben’s Natural Health has produced a nice supplement. IT consists of pretty hefty doses of herbs clinically proven to support memory and cognitive functve, while reducing mental fatigue. Ingredients include, green tea extract , ginseng, gingko biloba, Japanese Sophora flower (one I am not familiar with,) and cloves. The down side is, in order to get the high doses the label boasts, you have to swallow not two , but three capsules, which translates to being a one month supply. This makes the cost a bit over $2 a day. Also, I really think they should’ve included the mushroom Lion’s Mane, as there are a lot of good studies being done with this amazing mushroom that makes it a key ingredient for any mind/memory supplement. That being said, I think this is a worthy supplement for those looking for mental clarity and memory support. I would highly recommend supplementing it with Lions Mane.

    Fine
I’ve had similar supplements that cost way less and work just as good/better.

    Very good formulation. Too expensive.
The brain boosting supplement has a very solid ingredient list. It contains Rhodiola Rosea, Panax Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, and Quercetin, among others. These are all heavy hitters when it comes to brain health and cognitive function. The capsules are easy to swallow and to me have no discernible taste or smell. This is all good, but I had to take a star off for the price. At the time of my writing this review, the price is $68.95. With a serving size of three capsules, one bottle is only a one month supply. While it’s a good product, the price is simply way too high.

Ben’s Natural Health Brain supplement – helps with clarity
My challenge is that I take several supplements and I have to watch for overlapping ingredients. It’s also difficult to tell how much a new supplement is doing. That said, I like the ingredients list and the fact that it’s made in the USA. I also appreciate that the label shows how much of each is in it.Ginkgo is helped me in the past with my brain fog. I have taken each of the supplements individually at times and have proved effective. By the time I finish this bottle, this has to produce significant results for me to continue beyond for a 30 day supply. It did arrive with the standard seals in place. I’ll continue to take them as they didn’t make me queasy or butterfly tummy or anxious as ginseng has at times. No bitter after taste and relatively easy to wash down with water.

    Didn’t notice a difference
I’ve been suffering from a little bit of brain fog and wanted to give these a try. Unfortunately, after about a week I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference whatsoever in my mental clarity or focus. They may work for you, but they haven’t for me. On the plus side they are easy to swallow and don’t taste bad.

Great quality item – and a good mix of supplements
I have noticed a difference in my ability to focus since I started taking these supplements – the different ingredients all work well separately and together in one supplement is very convenient. The quality is quite good, all in all it is a great supplement, and you pay for it – it is a bit pricy, but to me it is worth it.

No aftertaste, good mix of herbs
First, the usual caveat: dietary supplements are not regulated by the FDA and any claims that appear medical in nature (such as claims of improving your memory) should be taken with a huge grain of salt. These haven’t gone through clinical trials and there is no verifiable proof that they’ll do anything for your mind or memory. Understand that going in.With that out of the way, these herbal supplements contain a great mix of herbs often found separately, but rarely in a blend like this. Ginkgo biloba and ginseng have both seemed to give me positive results in the past, and the addition of a green tea extract and Rhodiola rosea looks like it has good potential. Each supplement goes down easy and does not have a foul aftertaste, as some do. They’re quite pleasant, though that may just be my taste. They DO have a distinct aroma of herbal tea, so your mileage may vary. I enjoyed how I felt afterward, though whether that is the supplement, my existing mood, or a placebo effect is hard to say. Regardless, I was pleased. The only down side is the price. Seventy clams. OOOF! That’s a lot of cheddar.Otherwise, seems pretty good to me. Thumbs up.
