A must keep for those days when you feel the start of something coming on. I’m very in tune with my body and felt something coming on very early so I started taking this right away along with the throat spray. I took it easy for the day and I was right as rain the next day.

Missing Packets
The serving size says 1 packet with a total of 12 servings. When I received my order there were only 7 packets and this item is not returnable or refundable. It’s unfortunate because the product itself seems helpful.
