It works but its hard on the hands it digs in and bends a lot I don’t recommend. I imagine because of the design it would not feel good for anyone regardless of size and weight, but it is as advertised. I threw it away.

Good product with scratches when delivered
Opened the package and board already had scratches on it plus the little mat that is kind of pointless since it’s so tiny looked like it had burn marks on the ends. When I use the mat the board just falls off.but I love the board. Great workouts!
