Works but hurts
This is great and my husband loves it! It does help stretch your back, but the downside for me is that the little pokey things hurt my back. My back is pretty sensitive so it hurts and makes it hard for me to relax. It is very durable, both my husband and I are heavy- at our heaviest while using this we were close to 300 pounds and it worked great and didn’t collapse like another brand of this we had.

I purchased two of these. One for each house. Works great. Surgeon says it is a good device. I find the next step of a three step arch is too much for me. But lay on it for 15-20 minutes helps back pain. The pricks are a little painful and don’t understand the use of them. I use a towel between the device and my body

Feels good to stretch on my back stretcher 😁
I bought this back stretcher to ease pain in my lower back, to make it easier to stretch my spine and increase flexibility in my spine, try to help with my horrible posture , and try to help with my spinal alignment. I like that it has 3 levels. So far I am only using it on the 1st level. As soon as I lay on it, I can feel my spine stretching. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but now it feels good on my back. I have a little bit of a hard time when I lay on the floor with it, as my dog wants to join me and lay on me. But I definitely do feel better after I’ve stretched my back on it. I’m a CNA whose on their feet all day, doing some lifting, and I feel like it makes a difference with my back. I’m going to try to use it more often. It’s definitely sturdy. I feel as if it’s well made. So far I’m happy with my purchase.

Simple solid device
So basic, yet perfect for stretching out my lumbar region. I had a ruptured l5 many years ago. Surgery helped, but my back has gotten stick and sore recently. I’m able to gently stretch my back out without pain.

Not new in box
Not sure if it was just mine, but I’m pretty sure it was previously used. The box was marked with other stickers and not shrink wrapped. It may not have been packed shrink wrapped??? But I know it shouldn’t have come with any stickers if it were new. The blue center strip was not attached and was lose in the box.

Helps with my back pain after work
